Review 1：We loved our little studio with terrace. We had an excellent welcome and were given lots of information about restaurants & the area. Great location. Would definately stay here again.
Review 2：First floor was ok for 1 night, but ask for a higher floor if staying more days Some sewage smell in the bathroom, not a real problem, but it should be eliminated

Review 4：The bedroom smelled so moldy that I got a headache and had to sleep on the sofa in the living room. When I told the owner, she was unfriendly and not at all apologetic. Later she submitted a "no show" report to booking.com to try to prevent me from leaving a review about the moldy bedroom. Luckily booking.com knows that I stayed there and allowed me to review the apartment for other travelers.
Review 5：The apartment was spacious and clean with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom sink was in the kitchen, just outside the bathroom, instead of in the same room with the toilet and shower. Great location right near the beach.
Review 6：It had all the basic necessary kitchen materials; the closeness to the beach (<5min walk), the strategic localization to visit Porto Covo, Zambujeira do Mar, Odemira, all the beautiful Vincentin Coast (beautiful to see or photographic motives). the readiness of staff to help with any porblem.
Review 7：the owners are friendly, and the place is immaculte. It's a 2 minute walk to the beach. The apartments are simply decorated with all amenties needed for a comfortable stay.
Review 8：Everything was adequate, but the service made it a place to return to... we came as backpackers, so everything was a luxury..TV, Wifi, hot shower, and the chance to cook for oursleves..probably the most friendly welcoming plave we stayed at during our 300km + walking holiday

Review 15：Advertising a river balconey view is rather misleading. Directly across from the building is a lot being used for parking by camper vans. If stand in corner of balcony and look across the lot and several buildings get a glimpse of the river. The apartment was cold.

Large apartment with fabulous balcony and amazing views. Very friendly and helpful owner (Fernando) who spoke good English and French (as well as Portugese obviously).
Review 41：While it is really calm at night, we got woken up at around 8am both mornings by other guests who were pulling their suitcases down the staircase which made quite some noise. Wasn't too bad though ;)
Review 42：Huge studio (ca. 50sqm), very very nice, friendly and motivated owner and fully equipped kitchen actually invite to stay for more than two days! Perfect location: very calm, just 30m (!) down the road to the beach, very close to bus stop (ex. to get to Lisbon) as well. Very clean. Should be absolutely fine to stay there with children, too.

We noticed a slight problem with water draining into the shower when the owner sorted this immediately as soon as I mentioned it to him. it was not a problem really - but it was fixed immediately. they even changed the towels every day - even though we said it was not necessary.
Review 44：The apartment was very spacious with living/dining room and seperate bedroom. It was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a self catering stay. (We bought fresh fish from the market and cooked it there.) it was so pleasant we decided to stay an extra night. The owner was very friendly and helpful. I have no hesitation recommending this relatively simple but comfortable apartment.
