Review 2：we loved the very charming and authentic place, the owner was incredibly efficient and friendly, she organises everything like excursions, and helped us even for our shopping.The breakfast was rich with turkish food and all fresh things, the house is very quiet and confortable we loved having a fireplace in our room

Review 3：Nazlim speaks very good English and was incredibly helpful. She even drove me to the bus station in Avanos. Most rooms have a kitchen, so this is a wonderful place if you want to cook or plan on staying long-term. Avanos is easy to get to by bus, and it is a great alternative to the more touristic towns of Goreme or Urgup. I highly recommend staying here.

Review 5：First of all, this small cave hotel belongs to a very nice and friendly lady.She treats her guests very well.As an anodyne , you should choose "adonos guest house ". It is definitely the place where you can run away from your chaotic city life and the inevitable stress caused by it. The cave room where we stayed was really spotless and the breakfast was very well served.

Review 8：It was very difficult to find, which is however a common problem in Turkey. One of the two available rooms (the 'traditional' room) does not have air conditioning. The room is quite cool though.

Review 9：Our kind host Nazlim was very nice and helpful and even went the extra mile to get us a couple of beers unasked while obviously not feeling so well. The breakfast was excellent. The rooms are clean and very big.

Review 12：The staff was so friendly and helpful, and the rooms were beautiful! Our host really went out of her way to make sure we had a fabulous time in Cappadochia. We hadn't done too much planning in advance. But she helped us learn our way around town and identify good eating/drinking spots, plan our sightseeing, and book us a (discounted!) hot air balloon ride. On our first night, she gave us a free lift to town for dinner and had a bottle of wine and snacks waiting when we returned. Fancy hotels and quaint b&b's included - I really have never stayed in a place where I felt better cared for and looked after. And - I should mention - the rooms are huge and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious. Fantastic value for money. Avanos itself is a pleasant town and well situated to explore the rest of the area by car.

Review 13：Everything! One of the best places I have ever stayed. Big apartment with all amenities, cozy bedroom and well equipped kitchen. You can gaze at hot air balloons in the morning from a balcony and spend evening relaxing in a hammock in your own patio. Especially thanks to host Ms Nazlim for organizing trips, very tasty breakfast and cold beer! Looking forward to coming back.

Review 16：The hotel is beautifully decorated with every inch having been designed and decorated with care and love. The rooms are fantastic, combining comfort, with an authentic capadoccia feel. But most of all, the place is made incredible by nazlim, who goes above and beyond what she should to ensure the absolute satisfaction and happiness of her customers. Plus she's a lot of fun to have a beer with after a day of exhausting exploring. You get better service and help than at a 5 star resort, all for an incredibly affordable price. Oh, and the breakfast is actually the best thing ever, if you can't tell from the pictures. You'd be a fool not to stay here!

Review 21：Friendly and hospitable Nazlım Tarsuslugil - owner of the hotel. Everything was OK - clean, tasty, comfortable. Not very easy to reach. We traveled by car and had no problems. But without car it will be too far from main places of interest.

Review 23：Sometimes in life you dont have the right words to express what you feel about something. This is what I am feeling now. Everything in the apartment was even better that I have imagined. The best place I hace been in my life. The place is in a very nice and autenthic town (Avanos) close to Goreme, the owner was very very kind with us, the apartment is the one that is in the web, very big and new and completely full of nice details.... Perfect.... Besides the price is very very very interesting compares with the quality that offers (including the super-breakfast every morning)..... I will come back to Capadoccia and I will come back to this apartment.... Thanks for everything!!

Review 28：Nazlim was extremely welcoming & helpful, e. g., bringing breakfast to us as going to the breafast room was a chalenge for a handiapped person (stairs). She even offered to waive any penalties if we found a more suitable accomodation.

Presented by non-invasive but very helpful and pleasant staff, then book now! Your stay at Adanos will truly enhance your holiday, we are used to staying at five star accommodation when going to unknown places as we believe it is an important part of the holiday experience. When looking at the details and comments of other guests who have stayed at Adanos we decided to book, It certainly was good decision equal to any five star accommodation we have stayed. It is a very interesting, and tastefully furnished hotel, with great consideration to the guests comfort, and needs, several, if not most rooms come with kitchen facilities and fridge. Allowing for a relaxed night in after an enjoyable days sightseeing! This hotel is perfectly situated for the Cappaddocia region and also has great landscape views towards the dozens of hot air balloons taking off across the skyline, one not to miss! The hosts are very nice and make you feel very welcome and relaxed, keen to offer help and advice if needed. And to cap it all off we were given by the host Naz, a nice piece of pottery from the local area to take home when we left! Review 46：The guesthouse is beautifully decorated, each room with his own characteristic style. For people staying longer, there are even huge rooms with kitchen included. Nazli is very helpful in any way, speaks perfect English, and even drove me to the place where I had a meeting for work in the morning. Her uncle prepares a delicious breakfast every morning. Definitely a place to recommend!

Review 47：It was a perfect stay! The hotel has a fabulous appearance taking you far away from reality: it's situated in the historical part of the city, pretty close from restaurants and center, but still in quite calm authentic area. We stayed in a spacious 2 room apartment with kitchen and private bathroom, and were nicely surprised with the size and inside comfort. The pretty girl Naz working there was friendly and helpful and speaks good English, so you won't have any communication trouble there, and that is an important point for us. Also big thanks for a great delicious breakfast, we were amazed!:) Definitely will stay there again!

Review 48：Overall, the place was fantastic. We had a two person suite for the week which was well equipped with a kitchen, living room, television and shower room. The building was stunning and well decorated. The location was ideal, a few minutes walk from the centre of Avanos which was lovely, and a 5 minute drive from Gerome. The staff were really helpful and friendly, the breakfast in the morning was amazing as well. Overall, it was fantastic and the price was more than reasonable. I cannot recommend more!!

Review 49：Nazim, our hostess was lovely (and got us a good deal on the hot air balloon ride). Our suite was large, comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast and the view were great. Having a kitchen was a great amenity. Location is excellent, especially if you have a car (easy to park). We wish we could have stayed here for our entire Capadocia visit, but she was fully booked for part of our stay.

Review 50：These are minor things. Overall we found the space fabulous. Hot water was undependable, I think due to switching back and forth from the solar without quite doing all the switches. Twice I had a cold shower. However, the staff did all they could to fix the problem each time I reported it. I expect they will get it figured out. The space was dark--needed more and brighter light, and a light in the kitchen area. And the TV was tiny and across the room--we ended up using a computer we could put close instead.

Review 51：Lovely, really spacious suite, comfortable bed and sofa, good access to plenty of heat, and a huge, clean and tastefully done bathroom. Plenty of storage for clothes, coats, food and the like. Loved having a little kitchen, and that is really hard to find in Cappodocia. Adanos Konuk Evi is a family operation, and they were great to us. Super helpful with recommendations and directions, and interested in our adventures.The view was as good as it gets in Avanos, lovely and open, facing southwest to catch the sunset. Breakfast was plentiful, nicely presented, tasty, and hospitably attended. The breakfast room was sunny and cheery.

Review 52：Adanos is a really cozy place to stay. The room we stayed in was very clean and aesthetically decorated. Everything seemed really authentic and fit the beautiful atmosphere of Cappadocia. Breakfast was delicious and very rich in variety. The owners were really kind and helpful. They definitely made our stay more enjoyable.

Review 53：The Guest house is a little bit difficult to find even with a GPS, but some nice kids on their bycicles helped us reach the place. Actually we could have called our hostess and I am sure she would have come to meet us at the point where we got a bit lost !

Review 54：We spent 4 nights at Adanos Konuk Evi in Avanos early October and occupied for 3 nights the Urgup apartment and the Zelve room for the last night. We had never stayed in a boutique hotel before and were delighted by our experience at Adanos Konuk Evi. The apartment is conveniently located in Avanos although it is advisable to have your own rental car to access the 2 large supermarkets in town and to visit all places of interest in Capadokia. - The neighbourhood is very quiet and we spent good nights. - The elder daughter of the owner lady, with the short name of "Naz", who hosted us is incredibly friendly and went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. - The breakfast she prepares for her guests is just incredible. After the first day we even had to ask her to reduce the quantity of food served since as French people we are not used to having such huge breakfasts !! Adanos Konuk Evi is a highly recommandable place to stay at when visiting Capadokia ! Thank you again Naz for your hospitality and kindness !

Review 55：Even though the area this charming B&B is in seems a little fairly ordinary and out of the way, don't let this put anyone off. Explore Avanos village as it is rather quaint, and known for its pottery.

Review 57：I stayed one night. Hotel has very friendly owners trying to take care of every need of the guests.It has good rooms with plenty of space and also a kitchen. The breakfeast was also very good and plentiful. Avanos is also a quiet peaceful town with lots of things to do.

Review 58：Complete apartment (named Urgup) for the price of a hotelroom, traditionally decorated and with a large terrace with a magnificent view. Run by the a very hospitable family (Nazli and her mother and uncle). Breakfast and dinner, ppared by the uncle are delicious. And Avanos is a much mote authentic city than for example The touristic Goreme. In short, warmly recommended

Possibility to eat at the hotel. Owners will prepare what you wish. Excellent, authentic Turkish food. Can highly recommend.

Review 60：We stayed 4 nights in this hotel, we were greeted warmly by the family that owns this facility and the breakfasts were good and plentiful. The rooms are more like quiet apartments with all the comfort of a hotel. The hotel is well located and Avanos has the advantage of being less touristy than Goereme. An excellent starting point for exploring the region by foot or by vehicle.
