Review 1：I stay at room 311. Bed is not good. Not flat down . Something feel rough below the mattress. Not comfortable while sleeping. I stay from dêcmber 28 til 30.

Review 2：Expensive place , we paid to much for nothing. We can find better places for half of prices. Restaurant . low quality , weak services , poor menu. bathroom , toilet not working , to all facilities.

We had a fabulous dinner and in the morning a good priced buffet. The food was excellent at both meals. The service could not have been better. Everyone was very attentive from check in to checkout. Review 7：My name is carlos, There is a major integrity issue with Punta MorroResort in Ensenada mexico, I was there from 6/27-6/28/2014,Stay away from this resort.I Booked my reservationthru booking.com,there service is Awsome!!!!!!!!!!,As for punta morrostaff,no comment.I Booked a 3brm suite with no a/c when it states onthe web page,3brm suite with a/c for $375dlls a night .When Iarrived to my suite,i encountered a problem witn the shutter,i calledthe receptionist they send a maintenance worker to fix the problem, Inoticed no a/c vents in the suite. I asked the employee where thea/c was, he responded, this suite has no a/c But suite 331 hasa/C.i walked to the receptionist to notify him that I reserved asuite with a/c, His response was our suites have no a/c, thatsthe first lie from the staff of punta morro resort ,what was hissolution he sent me 2 fans to my suite, the following morning, I get acall from the morning receptionist,apoligizing for inconvenience,andsend me 5 courtesy buffet tickets for there morning buffet,WOW Idon't need free food,i can pay for my own,he blamed booking.com,saidit was a mis print on there websight on there part,he wouldn't admitI was there mistake,so they have to blame someone else.I Have filed acomplaint with booking.com,they are looking into this matter,on Mondaymorning,already in the USA,i get a call from Roberto Teyo,one of thehotel supervisors stating that he cant reimburse me for even half of theamount I paid for my inconvenience,but offered a discount for my nextstay.I Will never stay there again.Please stay away from this place,dontbe a victim like I was.Unless you want to be lied to.
