Review 1：It got pretty warm immediately we turned off the airco. We did not open the window because of the traffic noise(which is not extreme, by the way).

Review 3：We had a very good suite with two comfortable bedrooms. Very good value. Everything spotlessly clean. Room service available without a tray charge. Roof terrace bar affords great views.
Review 4：Hotel is small but cozy. Very clean, very nice room, bathroom. Food in the hotel restaurant was very well prepared and tasty. Staff was really determined to offer the best service and make me feel really pampered! I would use this hotel on my next trip to the city.
Review 5：My mum stayed for one night, before travelling to London. She was very impressed with the way she was treated by the friendly staff and with the hotel facilities.
Review 6：I needed to change the room, since in the one on the 4th floor the WiFi signal was very weak, and I couldn't connect at all, on the 2nd floor this issue have been solved

Review 9：I was made to feel welcome by the English speaking staff on the front desk. The quality of service (breakfast, room cleaning, check out) was consistently high throughout my short stay. Places like the Arena Mall are only a short taxi ride away.
Review 10：Old and warn down. Dated decor. Bedroom noise at night because of nearby hotel machinery noise. Requested a quieter room but was ignored. Don't eat at restaurant.....terrible food.

Review 14：the ventilation is a problem , smoke comes in the room through it from places in the hotel where people smoke , I hate it ! The coffee is horrible and the waitress is neglecting the clients at breakfast , I had to take the dirty dishes myself off the table
