Review 1：-we came at 2 oclock in the night and the hotel was closed. Nobody opened the door and nobody answered the phone. After half hour of knoking in the windows, a sleepy receptionist opened the door -we booked the rooms for 2 nights and the same reception employee could not find our booking (looong checkin). We showed printed booking and everything and still he wouldn't let us in -poor breakfast -poor service in the restaurant, no buffet and waiters don't come at all -employees dressed with colorful tshirts and jeans -no facilities for people with handicap -no lift (I really had to carry my heavy luggage on the stairs and the personnel (men) didn't offer to help -veeery long checkout -very bad location

Review 19：The setting is close to city center but enough removed to be quiet and peaceful. Our room was quiet and very nice. Staff was very helpful. We were upgraded to a large apartment room at no charge.
