Review 1：Very old and dated decor with poor facilities. Very expensive for what you get and accordingly over-priced. Advertising showing what appears to be a permanent reduction in room rate shameful.
Review 2：We asked for a quiet room and that was provided. We did not like anything else.
Review 3：Needs a bit of TLC. A good spring clean of the room is required, a bit dusty. Smokers smoking outside their room downstairs, smoke drifting into our bathroom. Smoking should not be allowed near the rooms at all.
Review 4：Peaceful surrounds, proximity to beach, club, cafes. Room was cool on the very hot days we had whilst there. Lovely breeze flowing through from the balcony - upstairs room.
Review 5：We found the location ideal for restaurants and shops. The accommodation was more than suitable for our needs and we were impressed with the clean and tidy unit, the pool area and being able to use the laundry facilities.
Review 6：The table and chairs need updating...plastic very outdated and uncomfortable.not enough bench space.no dvd player so couldn't watch a DVD.no decent bins in kitchen.rooms very small and cramped.no vanity unit in bathroom, had to use toilet seat as bench, lastly a lovely surprise one daddy long legs and a cockroach to end the weekend on.

Review 8：There was no room or hotel information in the room. Nothing at all! Room did not have keys in it.. by the time i realised that i also want given the Wi-Fi password there was no one at reception and there was no answer on the "contact number" so had no Wi-Fi! This was made especially bad due to the fact there is no reception there! Lastly I'm sorry but these days a 10am check out is just bullcrap.. Especially in a place so small.. Just leaves a really bad impression. Oh and it is right next to a cemetery..

Was advertised as a "luxury motel"- more expensive than others along the beachfront and there it was behind the cemetery. Staff need to realise that Hospitality is a "people industry"- be nice! Kitchen and bathroom were minute! International Roast coffee- in a luxury motel?????????

Review 34：Customer service was minimal to none but we knew that after reading reviews so it didn't impact on our stay. The office was closed most of the time that we stayed. The facilities for cooking were not great but again, after reading the reviews, we bought our own utensils and other kitchen and bathroom needs.

Review 37：When we arrived at 4pm there was a very public notice on the locked front door telling us what room we were in . It was not admin hours but there was not a book in the room explaining how to use the free wi fi , or anything really. The place was well positioned but so very over priced.

Review 39：Cost at $300 per night was very high for a medium grade property versus what I am used to in Capital City Hyatts and Starwood properties. For example, Westin and Park Hyatt Melbourne currently $295 for vastly superior accommodation. Not enough on-site parking.
Review 40：This motel is run by remote control, management was not to be seen during arrival, staying or vacating. Notes like 'wash up on vacating the unit or your. Account will be billed', no tea towel was supplied. 'Do not leave the room while air conditioning was left on, account will be billed'.

Review 42：On arrival we saw that our first room (12) had a leaky toilet cistern which made the floor wet around the toilet. When we reported this to the office manager, she promptly offered us another room, which was greatly appreciated.
Review 43：Although our room overlooked a busy road, it was not too noisy. We arrived after 6pm and there was a note on the office door advising us which room we had been allocated. This was much appreciated. Later we did speak with the on-shift manager and she was very helpful.
Review 44：From when we arrived the room had no toilet paper or soap, the water bottle in the fridge was half full with lid off. The back wall inside the fridge was filthy and the freezer was full of frosted ice. The kitchen draws had dirty utensils with crumbs and dirt. The bathroom was full of mould and had a very strong bleach smell. There was never any mention of being next to a cemetery. Wifi was unavailable for 2 days. Rooms were not made up for our stay. $300 a night , rip off!!!!!!!

Review 119：I didn't like the mice in the room.. The breakfast is NOT value for money.$19 for 2 eggs, 2 half pieces of bacon, 1 piece of toast and a juice.. bit of a rip off.. Reception was closed early so I wasn't able to talk to anyone about a few issues.. Reception don't answer the phone( I called 3 times) so I coudnt make a complaint about the mice or asked to be move to another room. No one was about before I left at 8.45am so again I couldn't talk to anyone about any problems.Reception was still closed. I wont stay here again and I wouldn't recommend it to any of my friends.

Review 123：I had to sleep in my vehicle after having arrived prior to the scheduled check in time which was stated as between 14.00 - 00.00 After having encountered poor weather driving from Sydney to Mollymook I arrived just prior to midnight only to find reception was well and truely closed and after ringing the phone number and leaving three messages I was still Not rung back and my wife and I were forced to sleep in the car ! Not only very uncomfortable but very Cold and all the lady at reception said to me after opening at 8.00 am was I should have called at 9.00pm to let them know I was still coming ? I asked about a discount on the total cost of booking, and the lady again repeated that I should have called to confirm arrival ?NOT very HAPPY and I wouldn't recommend the site to anyone !
