Review 1：I had friends staying in other hotels. When they wanted to visit us they were not allowed because they were female. The hotel made my friends feel terrible!!! The staff @ Santo Tomas thought they were prostitutes and they were not they were in Ensenada to watch Baja 1000 race also! This made me and my friends very angry!!!

Review 8：The first room we were given faced the street and it was loud with road noise. The second room faced the parking lot and was much quieter. It was never clear to us where the continental breakfast was. There were no signs in the lobby. The amenities were minimal. No washcloths, no clock in the room.

Review 17：No water pressure, no hot water. No wifi in room. They don't take credit cards and I was never told this prior to arriving. My booking.com rate was almost twice as much as everyone else just showing up paid. Don't book ahead. They claimed to have no more rooms online but there were plenty. A few minutes of walking around will get you a better deal. Towels are grey and thin. Will not stay again.

Review 19：The hotel personal was very nice and helpful, It was nice to be able to stay here again. Last time I had to go to another hotel because I had a bitter taste left 2 years ago. The new Management is on their toes, they made my stay very nice. I will be staying there again in the month of April for a convention, I recommend this hotel.

Cracked tile in shower, broken towel rack, carpet so dirtyI wore my shoes when getting up at night to go to the bathroom. From thehotel walk the right direction to interesting things, walk the wrongdirection you are suddenly in a very rough neighborhood.
