You can find our small but cozy hostel right in the middle of downtown Tilburg. We have 2 different types of rooms, our double or private rooms and our group rooms. The Herberg is suitable for comfortable stay at a good rate for one or more nights. The hotel has free wireless internet on all rooms, a nice bar and a restaurant. We are situated in the neighborhood of Popcenter 013 (for concerts). You can reach theme parks like De Efteling and the Safari Park within 10 minutes by car or approximately 20 minutes by bus.

Review 1：Old rooms - the whole place (not the bar and restaurant, though) could use some fixing up. Although I had a good stay, it's worth max. 30 euros. Definitely not 67.50.
Review 2：It's wonderfully placed, close to the center and the train station. Friendly staff. All is as advertised.
Review 3：When I arrived the staff was very busy with running a full restaurant but took some time for me and were helpful & friendly. Very basic (double) room, a bit dated. Beds look cheap but are comfortable. Located in the center at busy road, but with windows closed you don't hear much of it. I must add that I had a few beers. ;-)
Review 4：The sink was cleaned without removing the product used to clean it. It was a thick layer all around and I had to wash it away. My room was too tiny for two beds.
Review 5：The rooms were old, small and dirty, the walls were as thin as paper so we heard all conversations in the hallway as if they were in our room, the showers and bathroom were shared but only one stall per men/women is just not enough... And if they say that checkout is at 11 a.m. it is STARTING AT 11 am and there is no one at the reception before that, which is a bust if you go to this hotel because you want an early start at the Efteling amusment park (which seemed like the ONLY good reason to stay in that hole). I will never go back and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
Review 6：The ONLY upside to the hotel is its location about 200 meters from the central station, but seriously, that is it.
Review 7：Stained sheets. Broken shower. Sound of crawling in the roof. Having to re connect the WiFi every 30 minutes since it was a coke zero hotspot. The room being too hot to close the windows, so having to listen to all the people on the street while trying to sleep.

No douche gel or shampoo in shower, atleast it cost just a euro to put it.It is basically youth hostel and they name it as a breakfast, which is not really a breakfast but some eatable stuff kept in your room. Such as milk, chocolate, muesli, chips and cheese sandwich.

Review 14：The heating was broken during the first night, and my window could notbe closed. The receptionist did not have a key to it at all, so I had tosleep in my jacket, trousers etc. There was no hot water and no light inthe shower either.During subsequent nights, the heating was restored but unfortunately, I still could not close the window, so it was still really cold. Also, I only got the cold sandwich for breakfast on one day, and was overcharged 4 euro for my stay. It's the worst hotel I've been in years, and for this price, I would never think it would happen. DON'T GO THERE!
Review 15：No staff on premises from 11pm -11am. This proved problematic with very noisy guest next door. Police had to be summoned as could not contact proprietor; phone number didn't work. Police broke down door and paramedics had to remove gues at 3pm. Breakfast consisted of a sandwich left in fridge. No opportunity for a hot drink. Had to go to station to get coffe in the mornings. I do not consider this breakfast. Do you? I would not recommned anyone staying there unless desperate, unless a chnge of mangemnet or regime. I would have asked for a refund considering my awful experience but had to leave Tilburg at 9am. Hence no chance to talk to staff; they don't arrive until 11am. A far from relaxing stay.

Review 21：The location is perfect for both the town center and the railway station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. They helped me with my onwards journey planning and very accommodating with a few late night drinks :)
Review 22：It was a great location for visiting the Efteling, which is nearby.However, the room was located at the front of the building opposite therailway station and we were kept awake by street noises, trainswhizzing past and people chatting loudly on the street below. We had tohave the window open as the room was poorly ventilated and it was verystuffy with the windows closed. They should double glaze the windowsand instal at least a ceiling fan or airconditioner in that room. Weslept very poorly.

Review 24：The atmosphere is amazing. The rooms have no numbers, but colours (the purple room, the red room, etc) and they are very characteristic, with good heating. They are situated on the first floor, whereas the ground floor has a lively pub/restaurant, where the breakfast is served in the morning with a very good choice of food and drinks. Great location and staff is super-friendly.
