Review 1：It's not possible to pay for everything you have ordered there when checkout, need to pay every time, waste your time. I didn't notice that my room was cleaned during the three days of my stay.
Review 2：Very friendly manager! We were late for our flight from Moscow and stay there overnight. Even though my booking was non-refundable she allowed us to cancel the night and save money. The restaurant which is downstairs is very nice! Traditional Russian food is excellent and stuff is very friendly.

Review 5：Очень хороший отель. Прекрасно расположен в сосновом бору, поэтому чудесный вид и чистейший воздух. Не на 100% удобно расположен, если нет машины, но такси приезжает мгновенно, так как, несмотря на "лес", отель находится очень близко от центра города. Обязательно вернемся еще не раз.
