Review 1：Lack of heating water in the bathroom. No soap tray in shower. No lift and we had to carry our luggages ourselves. Air conditioner is not good enough. Wifi unstable in the evening. When meets problems, the staff was not friendly and helpful to solve. Breakfast is not as good enough, as the hotel advertised.

Review 5：Not happy with the shower(the water in the shower was changing the temperature, the shower head was very strong- I would say painfull while showering, the drain was blocked). The other thing i missed was- no kettle and cups with a tea selection. Went down stairs twice to get a cup of tea or a hot water at 6 a.m. and nobody was there. Other than that everything was fine.

Review 55：This is a lovely old hotel. It is quirky and individual. Nice room size and great customer service. Nice breakfast and dinner (expect to pay western european prices for dinner, eg I paid €20 for two courses, orange juice and wine). Request your parking space when you book.

We got a bit an unpolite reaction and felt really stupid -> it turned out the coffee was INSTANT coffee!!! really, we were shocked, never seen this in a hotel. We had to go to another hotel to get coffee!!! Very hard uncomfortable bed. When we wanted to check out they suddenly had no working visa... They recommended me to go to an ATM to get money.

Review 65：Small free parking behind the hotel. Big room (we had also booked a big one) with a very oldfashioned but charming interior. Looks like going back in time, quite nice. Location in Levoca center so you can make a nice evening or morning walk there.

Review 70：Levoca didn't live up to my expectations (after looking at photos on the web). The town was undergoing repairs and had relatively little to make it worth staying overnight. An hour stop-off while travelling from Poprad to Spiss would be enough.

Review 71：Very (genuinely) helpful and friendly receptionist and breakfast okay (included) in a great breakfast room. Good base for visiting Spis Castle and Slovak Paradise. If you want a quiet friendly hotel in a quiet village, choose it.

Review 72：Tiny parking! Hotel said the space for us was reserved but when we come back after 22:00 there was no space for us. We needed to park on a street. It was possible to get WiFi connection only by the room door, so no checking emails in bed :-(

Review 77：Beautiful room with fantastic view. Staff friendly and spoke sufficient English. If coming from the east via bus get off at first Levoča bus stop (before bus station). It is much closer to the hotel. Excellent bakery opposite highly recommend the apple strudel.

The hotel doesn't have lift. It is not practical for travelers like us with luggages, since its stairs were narrow and steps were steep, as so that we happened to be on the 3rd floor.

Review 88：Both the 3-star category as well as the "very good" booking.com rating are a joke. The interior of the building is badly maintained. Old dirty carpets. Stains on walls and ceilings. The furniture is dirty rubbish. Unpleasant smell everywhere. Rooms and floors decorated with plastic plants and flowers. One of the blankets was thick and heavy (we had splendid weather). The mini-bar fridge had been switched off (by the previous guest?) as it produces intolerable noise. The shower is primitive with plastic parts. The fan is noisy. The blinds do not sufficiently darken the room. In case of fire you will be trapped in this building. There are no fire exits, I saw just one extinguisher hidden behind a chair on the 3rd floor. Internet "hot spot" did not work, neither in the room nor downstairs.When I told the reception lady (owner?), she said "it works fine" (I work in IT). Next morning she confirmed that other guests had complained. We would tolerate this all for a hotel in a still uprising country, but not at this price, in a country, where a soup costs 1€.

Review 89：The hotel is adjacent to the main square of the beautiful town. It was quiet during the night. The parking is closed during the night. The restaurant's menu looks good (we didn't dare to try though). The restaurant has a modern atrium style extension.

Review 94：Very old historical building in the old town of Levoca, nice design, close to everything, secured by the gate parking place in the courtyard behing the hotel. Even the Polish President Kwaśniewski stayed there in 1998. Very helpful staff giving suggestions about things to see in the proximity to Levoca. Good breakfast.

Review 95：The hotel info claims wifi is available throughout the hotel. In fact, it works well enough in the cafe on the ground floor, but we couldn't get it in our rooms on the first floor and had to stand on the landing with our device to get a connection. This was a mild nuisance for us, but if you are relying on constant connection could be an issue.

Review 96：Sizable comfortable rooms with nice old architecture, especially vaulted ceilings in some rooms. Quiet. Friendly and helpful staff. Good spot for walking around the town and exploring local attractions like Spis castle, Slovensky Raj, the Tatras and the local hot springs at Vrbov, which are a must (assuming you have wheels). Prices were very reasonable.
