Review 1：we came to relax - were looking for somewhere with a pool, sauna & gym. You advertised as having all 3. 1) the gym was 3 pieces of equipment located outside & mostly broken 2) 1 pool was closed & the other dirty 3) we had to pay extra to use the sauna.

Review 3：Air con leaked water all night so had to turn it off. Pool water looked very murky; I wouldn't swim in it.

Review 5：Far away from any activities, nothing to do without private transport. Overpriced accommodation. It would be OK for room in Switzerland, or it would be OK for $50 in Thai. Issues with hot water in the morning, WiFi is much slower than 3G. It's very calm and silent until staff is driving on motorbikes around and water pump is bussing under the balcony. Restaurant is OK, but also overpriced, waiters are fairly understand english and can speak few words.

Review 7：I liked everything about this place. The staff was friendly and helpful. The food was delicious. The view was fantastic, and the landscaping was gorgeous. My room was clean and spacious with a balcony view of the mountains. Very peaceful.

Review 18：A bit too secluded, would have been nice to have some shopping nearby. The meals were on the small side. Take snacks with you when you stay to make up for this.

Review 19：Great place to relax. Two large pools and one is suitable for small children. The staff are friendly and eager to please. The service is good. If you ask for something to be different they are happy to oblige. Attractive grounds. Quiet and peaceful. We went in the off season so naturally it was quieter than normal.
