Review 1：Excellent facilities, with easy walking to town. Large apartment, well equipped. Staff excellent. Underground secure parking. Easy access to blue mountains and rail link for city at low cost
Review 2：You couldn't actually sit straight on the downstairs toilet as the basin is in the way but not a problem as there were another two toilets upstairs.
Review 3：Quality fixture & fittings & comfy bed. There were some noisy residents on Saturday night but someone must have called Management as it was quickly dealt with.
Review 4：The set up was perfect for our group of friends that traveled interstate for a competition. Facilities were perfect, whole apartment was immaculately clean.
Review 5：It's an apartment only. Service only provided once a week. I have to throw my own garbage everyday outside the building, including the day before housekeeper come. No air conditioner at room. No service counter and when appliance broke down, there is no immediate help unless you dial their phone number. Not near to train station and really inconvenient to all daily needs. Very disappointed.
Review 6：Bed was quite uncomfortable with centre rail joining two halves of the bed. The bed certainly wouldn't suit a young couple. No towel rail in the bathroom.

Review 30：The facilities are very good, room was great with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms plus extra toilet, full laundry, balcony, bbq and full kitchen. Lounge is supportive. TV in one bedroom as well. Coat hangers, plenty of pillows. Underground secure car park at no extra charge. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Close to town if you have a vehicle, Great shopping centre and restaurants

Review 34：This is not the Astina's Fault but they did no not receive mybooking via your company.This caused me to have to wait 25-30 minutes while the booking was confirmed. The Apartment was FREEZING. Only one Air Conditioner at the fare end of the Lounge room. No Air Conditioner in the Bedrooms. No heating in the Bathroom. It took several days with the Air conditioner on High Heat to get some level of comfort. I was there for 3 nights & no one provided any additional Coffee. I needed to turn on the oven when I was present with the door open & with the fan on high to assist to get the apartment temperature to a level of comfort. In an effort to get some warm air into the bedroom I needed to use the Fan supplied to direct some heat towards the bedroom. I was COLD. There were no electric blankets. Each Bedroom requires an Air Conditioner for Heat & Cooling.

Review 36：Bedrooms very small and cramped some what claustrophobic. No safety bath mat for the shower which is in the bath. You had to step into the bath to have a shower. Potentially quite dangerous if someone were to slip and fall in the shower
Review 37：The unit, though small, had all the amenities needed. Penrith was near where we needed to be whilst in Sydney.The living area was great with lounges and wall mounted TV. WIFI was also available which was a real bonus.
