Review 1：The staff and the manager Hercília are five stars people and helped us in every need. The place is in the end of the main busy street of Bocas but you can be in a quiet place with everything near. The breakfast is very good, the rooms are clean and spacious. The hotel is very safe. If you use a water taxi during the day the taxi can let you right in the hotel water stop. Recommend.

Review 7：Great location right on the water, quiet at night but still just a short walk from the nightlife of Bocas Town, tasty breakfast, friendly and knowledgeable staff, definitely recommend.
Review 8：The only thing I can think of is the wifi. They were having issues with the router so you had to go and sit on the deck under it to access the wifi. But I think they were actively addressing it while I was there.
Review 9：Bocas Inn is a hidden gem in Bocas del Toro. The staff was absolutely wonderful and were extremely helpful in coordinating activities and giving this solo traveler the insiders guide to the area.

Review 11：My boyfriend and I booked to stay here very last minute and late in the evening as we had had an awful experience in a nearby guest house (awful owner) and decided to check out a day early. We were very shaken up from our experience and keen to get into a nice new hotel with friendly staff. Bocas inn didn't disappoint,despite it being 9.30pm the owner was incredibly accommodating and very understanding of our situation. She made us feel so welcome and relaxed- we wish more than anything that we had stayed here from the beginning! The rooms are comfortable,spacious and clean. The breakfast was good and the location is perfect-beautiful view of the Ocean. You won't regret staying here!

Review 13：The Bocas Inn has had the same staff for many years and it is obvious that they all love their work. This team is without doubt the most pleasant and helpfull staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Unlike most of the properties in Bocas this place is extremely quiet and restful - yet only three blocks from all the action. Right on the water. Best place in Bocas!

Review 16：Bocas Inn is a lovely place, in a great location, close enough to walk to everything, but on the edge so it's quiet. It's the staff that really make the Inn special, they make you feel totally at home and they are willing to help you in any way they can. Beyond that it is a lovely, peaceful place to be.
Review 17：There are mice in the ceiling and walls. They cannot get into the rooms, and are to be expected with the islands. Still a little creepy. Nevertheless the rooms were clean, airconditioned and well maintained. Beautiful tropical flowers in every room by the Bocas botanical gardens. Nice touch.

Review 26：Nobody in Bocas Town seemed to know the location of the hotel to begin with.....even Taxi drivers did not know where it was located. The facility itself needs many upgrades and improvements for the rates being charged including trash receptacles, inclusion of wash cloths, no electrical outlets in room or bath. Need additional toiletries: i.e. shower cap and liquid soap for shower as well as more amenities such as WI-FI, ice machine, and coffee pot set up in room, along with new light bar in bathroom with proper cover and bulbs.
