Review 1：we had the misfortune of having smokers in both adjoining rooms & needed to close the window to prevent (best we could) smoke coming in. it didn't work. they need to make the smoking area adjacent to the pool

Review 3：It was the last room available in Mornington just about,so we did not have much choice. The room was called a deluxe suite, but it obviously had been a managers accommodation, which was above reception so our front door was next to the laundry, with the laundry trolley at our front door most of the time, so to sit outside was not a pleasant experience. as there was so much clutter at our front door. The bedroom window did not fit the frame and caused it too whistle through out the night which kept us awake. My husband had a look the next morning to find the sliding window was fitted back to front The ceiling fan sounded like a dripping tap while in use and the t.v. remote did not work. There was chijppies on the wardrobe floor from previous tenants.There was a total overall lack of maintenance and for $638.00 for two nights was very disappointing.

Review 8：The Toilet looked like it not been cleaned for a long time this was a concern. It was cold for the night so the electric blankets on the bed was a nice surprise,if they worked that would have been ever better

Review 14：This motel is close to the hospital and shops. The room has a microwave and a small kitchen area. The security gate is a bonus knowing your car is safe.

For a two bedroom apartment it was very small - tiny lounge area, dining table only sat 2 people, only two wine glasses (a 2 bedroom apartment surely sleeps 4 people!) minimal cooking facilities, one bedroom had no extra blanket available and it was cold at night.

Review 119：The motel owner was very helpful with information for our queries when we first checked in. This motel was in an excellent and convenient location which was easy to locate and close to the Mornington eateries and shopping. The motel room decor was very welcoming and the layout is well set out. My husband and I appreciated that fresh milk was supplied in the refrigerator. When my husband mentioned to the hotel owner how we appreciated the fresh milk being supplied, he said that he would not drink long-life milk himself so why would he give this to anyone else. This motel would be the first, to have more than enough hooks for hanging up the bath towels. It was great to have the toilet separately located to the shower which we had not seen in other accommodation. The added security with the sliding gate gave added peace of mind at night. Though located on a busy road, it was quiet in the room. With the peace and quiet, it was easy to sleep well. There was a good range of tourist information available at the motel reception. I made use of the hotel compendium offer to use at the nearby Eden Gardens for a $10 discount if purchasing over $30 of items. I had not seen this type of offer before at other accommodation. It was a pleasant surprise when the motel owner said that there would be a discount offered on future bookings.
Review 120：Even after following the instructions we received for using it, the high pressure water saving shower was inconsistent both in temperature and pressure, pretty much forcing you out by alternately freezing you, nearly scalding you or blasting you away when the pressure changed.
Review 121：Nice room and everything was very clean and well kept, which was great. The location was exactly what we wanted and the front desk and cleaning staff were all friendly and helpful.
