Review 1：Room on first floor was basically on the street.

Review 2：The room was spacious and clean. Very comfortable and in the middle of everything. Great value if your a couple or small family.

Review 3：Great location, friendly staff, and probably the best place in town for little difference in price (at least when we were there). Room and bathroom were very large, and the kitchen adequately equipped to prepare a basic meal. No complaints. Room tip: town view is fine and not as unbearably hot as water view on sunny days.

Review 5：Amazing location right on the coast yet in the middle of town amongst all the bars, restaurants and shops. Nice and quiet at night. The staff were great and will arrange trips for you at a good rate and they are all super friendly. The rooms are big, the bed very comfortable and everything is very clean. They have a speedy and cheap laundry service too which is great. Breakfast is included but you get to choose from 3 lovely restaurants to have it each day which was a nice surprise. You can also have it delivered to your room each morning for next to nothing. Highly recommended.

Review 6：The very strong smell of mold. It is not their fault as the hotel is on top of the sea and so humidity is very high. The kitchen needs more and better items for self catering. People do not like to cook on vacations, but some need to do it because of diet restrictions such as diabets. For this reason, I only stay in hotels with kitchens. So I suggest the owners include some items to provide more comfort inside the room: more kitchen items such as a microwave oven, inox pans and a colander. An air conditioner that can help with the mold by extracting water (humidity) from the room. A portable foldable hanger to place it in the balcony and dry your smming suits and towels. A telephone in the room. Internal locks for the doors (main door and balcony) Black outs in the curtains to be able to sleep until late. A place to wash and dry your feet before entering the room. People come from the beaches full of sand on their feet. Foldable benches to place your luggage.

Review 7：The room (which includes a kitchen), toilet and balcony are very clean and well decorated. The water taxis pick you up in the hotel. There are only three floors, but there is an elevator.

Review 9：Booked a room with an Ocean View on the ground floor....stunning view, beautiful and comfortable bedroom with private balcony overlooking the sea and neighbouring waterfront properties. Front desk staff are efficient, friendly and professional...they will help you with anything if you ask. Air con was a life-saver...not available in many hotels in Boccas Town. Breakfast was off site at a choice of 4 local restaurants...the best choice by far was a new French restaurant next door (turn left out of the hotel). It's called MK. The owner, Ben and his daughter are so friendly and food is amazing....3 course breakfast with hot chocolate, tea or coffee...the French crepes were to die for. This is the perfect hotel....steps away from where the water taxi drops you off from Almirante, in the heart of the action, on he waterfront, but remarkably quiet too.....highly recommended.

Review 10：Overall cleanliness was good but the floor might be cleaned better. If you walk barefoot with washed feet, your foot soles turn black.

Review 20：Staff gave us inadequate information regarding checkout stressing our way out of the hotel and leaving us with a bad feeling of the service. Didn't like also that no breakfast was included even though we had booked the most expensive room of the hotel. Besides that the stay was great.

Review 23：It is a nice hotel, probably the nicest in the area and in a good location. Had it not been for the cockroaches, I would have given it a 10 or at least close to it.

Review 24：Our room was infested with cockroaches. We counted about 8 in less than 5 minutes. Most were running around under our bed. It took away a lot of the comfort feeling I had prior to seeing them. During checkout I had mentioned it to the receptionist and she said that they could not do anything because the person in charge was not present.

Review 25：The sliding glass doors on the patio did not lock securely, neighboring occupants could climb over the rail to enter our unit.

Review 57：Plane lands about 8:30 am, only other choice is to get there at 5:PM. Room was empty and already clean but they would only allow access prior to 3:PM if they were paid an extra $5.00 per hour. Had the Executive suite which is probably the most expensive room on the Island. Why nickle and dime like this. Also, because room was booked though Booking.com, no free breakfast BUT, if you booked directly through the hotel they would match the price and give you free breakfast.

Reasonable kitchen with fridge, stove, basic cutlery and dishes, and coffee maker. We made all breakfasts and 2 dinners easily. Nice porch for sitting on. Quiet. Good air conditioning and fan for air movement. Had lock box too. Excellent value for money.

Review 71：The only thing we felt needed to be improved upon was the water pressure and gauge in the bathroom shower/tub. When taking a shower the water temperature would fluctuate from warm to cool drastically and that is something that should be able to be controlled. If possible, I would also provide tea bags for tea drinkers vs. just coffee in the room.

Review 72：The room with the balcony overlooking the sea was wonderful (spacious, clean, comfortable, and the kitchen facilities in the room were great). Overall being able to store food in a refrigerator, make coffee in the morning, and prepare meals if we wanted to was a major plus.

Review 74：The balconies weren't private at all and the island has been ruined. Full of backpackers and cheap accomodation. Very dirty place that has lost the tropical feel.

Review 76：The air conditioning can be a bit noisy especially on certain settings. The lighting in suite number 5 is not good at all. Too dark in the bathroom. Could use hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels. The "cold" handle in shower was loose and fell off while I was in shower. Be good if there were full length mirrors in the rooms. Though my bed was comfy the first night my bed sheets had old visible stains on them.

Review 77：The staff was very attentive, friendly, helpful and accommodating. Especially Mayra. She helped me with a lot of my questions. The hotel is very clean. I constantly saw the staff cleaning. The Starfish suite is great with the see through window to the bottom of room (I got to see the starfish). The rooms are spacious.
