Review 1：Wifi was very weak. The place looks old and run-down. While I was taking a shower, it suddenly run out of water.
Review 2：The owner was kind. Their prices of transport to go anywhere are cheaper than the other establishments.
Review 3：Unfortunately we found one bed bug on our bed. We did not get bitten the two nights we were there though (we were sleeping with a travelsheet with insect repellent). This is the third place we found them on our 2 months traveling,.. And by then we were getting quite paranoid. We might have been carrying them on our luggage/clothes from the first place... Difficult to know. I would recommend always checking, regardless the stars of your accommodation.
Review 4：Price is really good for what you get. Location is great if you want to be close to the center, but still on a quiet area. Staff is helpful and very friendly. In front you have Lati's restaurant, which is good and quite cheap (but still tourist prices).

Review 27：I'm not sure how this property is rated so high in booking.com. I stayed here last night and they're not romantic bungalows, they're a line of wooden sheds rammed into a back garden behind a house. It doesn't have a nice feeling about it, I immediately decided I would leave the following morning as soon as I arrived. It's also very expensive for such a terrible place, walk closer to town and you can get a good clean room in a properly built building for about $5. I was awoken twice during the night by the power board in the room short circuiting, with sparks flying and a loud static sound followed by the smell of burning. I unplugged all my electronics fearing they would get fried, then started to fear the bungalow might catch on fire during the night. Go stay at Malany Villas 2 instead, better location, better room, better staff, cheaper cost, no fear of the electrics blowing up overnight. I would never stay there again.

Review 29：The walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything your neighbours are doing. Roosters begin getting very noisy around 4am, bring some ear plugs and you'll be ok.

I was in bungalow #1, with my window (and bed head) right behind a rooster coop. See if you can get one further away. Even my ear plugs didn't help...

Wifi does not work properly if you are staying at the last bungalow nr 8. Expensive laundry 8000kip/kg if compared to the other services only 20 metres away where it costs only 5000kip/kg.
