Review 1：We came for surfing, it is not the right location to surf. For beach and sun it is perfect.

Review 4：It's possible to deal with the owner in order to have dedicated bath room without sharing with other. Wi-Fi wasn't good in my room, so the owner bought Wi-Fi extender. It's so sweet from him. Many shops close to the place. Thank you for everything Nuno!
Review 5：The misleading booking information: The Panoramic Place is not a hotel, it's not an apartment and it's not a hostel. It's just a private, quite large flat, which is hired out by 3-4 rooms. If all beds are used so the flat is heavily overbooked in proportion to common facilities. First of all, the warm water capacity. There is no reception and no display with the name The Panoramic Place. Just only a incomplete booking address with telephone number on it. So it’s important to have at the arrival a mobile phone which works. But once again. We were happy to experience The Panoramic Place and the mood of the share kitchen.
Review 6：Value for the money. We have been staying 3 weeks at Panoramic Place (august/september 2014) and got wonderful vacation in lovely Povoa de Varzim. The place was clean and placed in the middle of the town, with only about 1 km to the beach. Our own made breakfast accompanied every morning with view over the town and the sea from 9th floor of the Panoramic Place and lot,lot of fresh sea air from open windows. Many shops close to the place. And most of all, the bikes for free. We was glad for the place, because we got more than our expectation could brings considering the price. The host has been helpful and hospitable. But we got some surprisings too, however of minor importance, which should be mentioned.
Review 7：- after booking we received a private confirmation from the guy who rent the room, next day he wrote us, that they have no rooms left, there was an error in the system (funny). After complaint by booking.com we got the room again as already reserved - At the arrival we were surprised, no way to find the hotel, we had to call him that we could check-in. - in booking.com is no where written, that we booked a room in an apartment with other guys (one flat, some rooms with separate shower, kitchen, living room), surprise - no towels in the bathroom, self-organized from the neighbour room - daily visit from the guy who rent the room disturbed

Review 10：This seemed like someones prívate home. There was no wifi at all you had to go to the bar for wifi. TV in room did not work. It was difficult to lock the door to the shared bathroom. There were no signs outside saying this was the place. I think the owner slept there too and it was no a comfortable stay.
