Review 1：Rooms are slightly smaller than some previous family rooms we've stayed in however ours was very clean and tidy.

Review 4：The room was spotlessly clean and well equipped. The bathroom was clean and of unusual design but worked very well. The breakfast was good value for money. Access to the motel was easy and we found it with no problem. The owner was very friendly and helpful. We were not pressured to go the following morning even though we stayed past the check out time. We would stay here again if we returned.

Review 9：The family room we stayed in was a bit cramped for 4 people. The double bed was not big enough to have 2 adults sleep comfortably in it. Also a bit pricey for $340 /2nights.

Review 12：Very nice recently renovated room. Centrally located with some great restaurants just over the road.One of the best Chinese meals I've had at the "Canton". Generally very happy with my stay. Nice cats!

Review 15：Our hotel room was cosy but very comfortable for the four of us. It had been freshly painted, carpeted, new toilet and new bed linen. The tea/coffee/toaster facilities were great and the TV worked well. Heating was good. Shower was hot. Staff were nice. It is in a good location and was quiet. A very pleasant stay and would return again.

Review 23：Mid City really does mean Mid City. It's close to supermarkets, the Royal Queanbeyan Hotel, Lime Leaves Thai (highly recommended if you like Thai), a nice park two blocks away, and only 150m from a QCity bus stop where the 830/833 bus will take you into Canberra CBD for $6 off peak.

Review 24：Hard to access rooms with all the plants around entrances. No defined access to rooms from parking facilities - had to weave between cars. Place needs to be updated and sound proofed.

Had to call back in on return journey as I left clothing in the wardrobe. Owner was pleased to let us use their facilities to wash our hire car even though we had checked out 2 days earlier.Anna is a delightful lady.

Review 34：Best staff and customer service 1. Till 8:00 pm we still left 60KM far away to Canberra. Staff contacted me and given all the information. (Told me which room I should live in and put free-milk in the fridge) 2. Later, we arrived that motel, staff still insist to stay back and wait for us. the reason is because the neighbour smoked at the hall way and make noised. Therefore, she decided to wait for us and change another quite room for us. Really warm and in touched. It has microwave, foxtel, room clean and tide. The location is perfect, just opposite to pizza hut, it has bar, asian cuisine restaurant at the road side.

Review 36：The room was clean and tidy. The bed was comfortable and offered a good nights rest. The room matched the photo's advertised on the internet. The staff were friendly and Anna (the owner) was kind, considerate with an outgoing approachable personality. We would definitely stay again.

Review 37：The room I was given was called the family room. I found that it was a standard sized room with an extra single bed fitted in. Add the double bed, another single and a small table and chair and it makes the room a bit tight. It was ok for one or two people but I would not like to have two adults and two children in this room for more than an overnight stay. The bathroom was very small. The sign in the bathroom noted that they were undergoing renovations. This was obvious when you see how they fitted a modern toilet into this space, it is a tight fit to use. There is parking for one car for each room on site but be aware that they are a bit tight, particularly if some large larger vehicles are parked. There is some parking on the street. What I had never come across before was being woken up at 4 am by birds in the trees chirping and whistling. The noise was overbearing and continued until sunrise. Add the council street cleaners from 5 am and the garbage collection that started at 3 am then you will understand when I say that I did not get much sleep. To make things worse the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The office is up a few stairs, which are very narrow. This hotel does not have any wheelchair accessible rooms. I would look for another hotel and avoid this one if you like a good night sleep.

Review 38：The $7.50 breakfast was interesting. I was asked on check-in if I wanted the cheap breakfast (their words), when I said yes I was shown a basket that contained small boxes of cereal (Nutri-Grain and Cornflakes), and some small jam and peanut butter spreads. I was told to pick one cereal and two spreads. I was then asked if I wanted wholegrain or white bread, with my choice I was given two slices of frozen bread in a bag. Two 170ml milks were added with a small juice. This was my breakfast for the next morning. The room had tea making facilities, a toaster and microwave. I was please with the air conditioner as it looked reasonably new and was very quiet. There is parking for one car for each room on site but be aware that they are a bit tight, particularly if some large larger vehicles are parked. There is some parking on the street.

Review 39：Great location, very clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, and good quality towels and china. The Owner was extremely helpful, and even organised a taxi for my early flight the next morning.
