Review 1：We had a great experience staying here! The rooms were clean tidy and the staff were great. Location is good, close to the main tourist shops, restaurants and bars.
Review 2：The place is worn down. You want beach? Don't go there! Spend your money on Long Beach instead further south. Koh Lanta has so much more beauty to offer than this dump.
Review 3：Shower was poor, the mattress was very uncomfortable. They didn't change the sheets or towels in our room and the room was very noisy both day (construction) and night (literally next to a bar). Not the cleanest hotel either. WiFi was patchy. Expensive too.

Review 14：Great location, near a lot of restos facing the river, bars, spas, the tubing rental shop and where tubing ends so it is very convenient after a day of tubing/ drinking as you can quickly walk home and freshen up. Clean and comfortable bed, cold aircon and hot shower.
Review 15：It was like home stay. No one speaks English.. so hard to request or ask anything. I asked for laundry service.. and my clothes came back still wet and not folded at all. It was disappointing. Dont expect some kind of service. Expect you are staying over a local s house. Considering that, it is quite pricy..

Review 21：- owners are not friendly, they live on the ground floor and make you feel like you're trespassing their property each time you pass through - airconditioner didn't work in two rooms tried - mosquitoes in rooms - toilet/bathroom didn't drain properly so you walked in cold shower water going to the toilet - this is not hygienic - owner has a very loud speaker that he plays terrible music with till quite late - can hear neighbors from room - does not accept credit card contrary to information on booking.com - did not honour twin bed option provided on website, had to share a bed - almost useless wifi

Review 23：We had booked a twin room, but when we arrived our guesthouse was full and there was no room for us. We were told they had received our reservation but they had forgotten it. The owner blamed the staff about the mistake and made no attempt to apologize.

Review 54：Cockroaches, cockroaches and more cockroaches! The bathroom was so dirty it's was almost moving, strange wormy/leech things in the shower. The bed sheets weren't very clean or extremely stained. Internet didn't work, great connection to the router but nothing there, asked the staff about it and they just looked blank. However, when it came to money and paying they understood completely! The owner tried to get more money out of me by converting from USD when we had discussed prices in kip. The worst place I have stayed and would not recommend it. Moved to Orchid guesthouse and soooo much better for half price!
