Review 1：The design itself is not enough! It's not a hotel. It's a BB. A very few services. No bar, no restaurant (there are, but it was closed all the time!), no pool, no kettle in the room etc. Far from everything.

Review 2：Clean, nice hotel. Yes, it's far from everything but next to the hotel there's a bus stop. You can reach Portoroz and Piran by bus Nr1 and 2.

Review 3：Location far from main beach (car drive advisible), from city center, or restaurants. I would expect some equipment in the room, lilke kettle, also wifi is very weak. I was expecting more for the money paid..

Review 6：Hotel has a great management and excellent staff. It is perfectly clean, nicely decorated, wonderful breakfast. It is located couple minutes walk from beach, party, bars and discos, restaurants and shopping (not directly downtown).

Review 9：Lovely hotel with beautiful spa and most friendly staff ever!! Perfect breakfast and excellent coffee (Italian style)! :) It is not in the city center, but you can reach the center of Portoroz in 10 minutes walking. Bicycles are also available in the hotel for free of charge. Wifi and parking in the garage is free, too. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We got a voucher to the Lepa Vida Thalasso Spa, must see! The spa is beautiful and there will be an outdoor swimming pool next year, too!

Review 11：I just stayed there for one night. Staff is very friendly, rooms are very modern and clean, as is the whole building. WiFi is free and of good quality, and there is a flat TV with around 50 channels (incl. ORF1 and ORF2). Rooms are air-conditioned.

Review 45：In my sister in laws room the shower did not regulate to cool and remained hot, she thought she would burn herself, stepped quickly out of the shower, and the shower sprayed all over the floor. She was a bit distressed about this. Shortly after this she sat on the toilet and the seat fell off! Some general maintenace is required for that room. In our room the makeup mirrow fell off the wall when my wife was putting on her make up. General maintenance issues for these rooms.

Review 46：The facilities are new and beautiful. The rooms well equipped and very clean. We where three travellers, a mature couple in one room, and my sister in law in another single room. Both rooms very good size with nice balconies. Breakfast excellent.

Review 47：Glitches were mainly minor. The air-conditioning in room 26 was too loud (we switched to room 27 and it was all right). The room cleaning was so-so. Also the direct surrounding of the hotel itself is quite mediocre, with no direct sea access (this is a general problem on the Slovenian coast though).

Review 48：A wonderful, wonderful hotel. We stayed for 8 nights, so had enough time to make our minds about it. Very friendly staff (cheers to Victoria and Matea), nice comfortable rooms, free internet connection, private garage. But most of all, the restaurant is terrific. We were half-board and it was well worth it. The Italian chef Andrea is a genius, and David is the perfect waiter. You can also get to beautiful Piran in 15 minutes by public bus from a nearby station, which is a lot better idea than spending time in the ugly and loud Portoroz centre (1,5 km from the hotel).
