Review 3：The hotel should be close if they are painting and fixing the lift. We had to do 3 floors without lift because it wasn't working. The room where we slept was fresh painting and the smell was troublesome!

Review 9：No restaurant at hotel - the hotel restaurant and bar now seem to be a separate enterprise, and are down-at-heel. Rather scruffy surroundings at bus station. Parking available around the corner in basement car park, but difficult to access.

Review 14：The receptionist, Liliana, speaks English and was extremely friendly and helpful. She went on Internet searching and even called Chaves to help me find means to cross border to Verin in Spain. The hotel is 10 minutes walk from Rede Expressos bus station and is next door to Rodonorte bus station. Very convenient for me to take Rodonorte bus to Chaves next morning. Even though the hotel is on top of bus station, but my room was very quiet. The room is spacious, clean and with large window having nice mountain view. Stayed quite comfortably.
