Review 1：I didn't like the view outside my room. I also didn't like the bed sheets.

Review 2：I like the cleanliness and the comfy beds. I also like the style of the rooms.

Review 3：Plumbing had issues of getting clogged if you use toilet paper and flush it down the toilet. Told staff to just leave the the toilet plunger, problem solved.

Review 4：Great location. Nice staff. Has a/c and was nice and clean.

Review 5：The rooms were not ready at check in time. I was asked to return within a half hour, however when I returned an hour and a half later still not ready.

Review 6：Lobby staff was very pleasant as well as bell boys and most maids. There was one maid who is mainly on the 4th floor who was a bit rude and grumpy.

Review 8：Very clean room and pool. Warm and friendly staff upgraded our room with a King to one with two doubles beds to better accommodate our 9 year old twins without any additional charge. Very conveniently located and safe.

We made reservations for king size beds, we got 2 queens cause no more available. The hotel is too much money better stay somewhere cheaper at least you know what you are paying for.

Review 14：No view is good. Don't be fooled with rooms face the new marina. Rooms are older. Not comfortable if you want to sit up & watch TV or lounge in the room. Pool tiny and pretty much sucks along with pool area. Also there is no bar area by pool, so unless you bring an ice chest and want to squeez in amounst other kids & their parents it's a waste. I will pay more to have more on our next trip. Matress way too soft. 2nd night was uncomfortable for me.

Review 15：Location is great. Price is very affordable. Great value if you just need a place to stay for 1 night. Restaurant is good for breakfast. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Wifi worked great in our room which is usually an issue in Baja. Fitness room somewhat limited but was in good condition. Nice to have a 7-11 store right next door which is open 24 hours.

Review 16：We liked the staff because they are very focused on customer service and have a nice attitude. The fact that there is a car rental company on site was also a big plus for us. The WIFI service was great, the gym and the pool were also nice. The location is very good because, although it is not beach front, it's only a few blocks away from the beach and a short walk away from main street.

Review 17：The room was horrible, the door was missing the frame, it was a horrible unfinished concrete. (Horrible appearance). My baby was crawling in the dirty carpet. The faucet zinc was not working properly, water was spraying everywhere, except were you need it. The shower was dangerous, I set it for a temperature and suddenly it was burning or really cold. There is a lack of nice hotels in Ensenada, but I will never go back to this one!

Review 18：Pool small and crowded with kids. Many of the rooms face the parking lot. 25 pesos for a to-go cup of basic coffee not a good deal. $116 for an hour massage is a joke!

Review 24：My family and I were DRIVING from Tijuana to Cabo San Lucas. Considering all the places we stayed along the way, this was in the Top 3. However, please don not judge this hotel by US or European standards. For Mexico, this would be a 4 star hotel. For the US, I would say 2-3 stars, similar to a Hampton Inn. However, the restaurant food was very good and the service was responsive.

After a hot busy day it was very nice to use the pool, spa, and jacuzzi to relax. Again everyone in the pool area was very helpful and made our experience very pleasant. I look forward to staying at this hotel in the future. I will highly recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Review 80：The hotel is a bit tired and dated, but for the price - it was fine. Breakfast was just fair which was surprising as it was quite crowded with a nice looking local crowd. We did not know we needed to order the Fast Pass before we got there - so this could be an opportunity for the hotel to offer it in advance. The staff at the front desk did help us know to find one somewhere else. Thank goodness because it only took us 10 minutes at the border!!
