Review 1：Staff were very friendly and obliging. Nothing was too much trouble. We had no problems at all while we were there and will return again next time we go to Albury/Wodonga

Review 2：As an older motel, although well renovated, the absence of an exhaust fan in the shower/toilet was a minor shortcoming.

Review 3：BBQ shelter, lawn and 15 metre pool were very pleasant. Not too noisy there or in the room. We appreciated that the windows and doors could be securely locked, such as rod in window channel and chain on door. We stayed in a motel recently that could very easily have been broken into.

Review 4：The crisp white linen, fluffy towels, silent air-conditioner, current T.V. guide always in the room , swimming pool, Jug of drinking water in the fridge.

Review 5：It was hot in the room at night but we couldn't find a thermostat and the windows were difficult to open. Water pressure wasn't strong. $20 seems excessive for one hour late checkout.

Review 10：This is an upmarket Motel with facilities such as comfortable spotless queen bed, large spotless room with modern décor, tea and coffee, good TV, fridge, heating, large modern bathroom.

Review 11：The room was beautiful. We had a the queen suite with spa bath and the spa bath was amazing. The breakfast was at a reasonable price and was delicious! Very comfortable stay!

Review 15：I have stayed here off and on over the last three years on my way to Melbourne from the Southern Highlands and never been disappointed. Louise and her husband have always made me feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The QS beds are so comfortable, the bathrooms sizeable with good shower pressure and good parking outside the room.

Review 17：Have stayed here several times because of its convenient location. Staff are friendly and obliging but not intrusive. Beds are clean and comfortable. Rooms have everything you need and shower has good water pressure.

Review 18：The bathroom needs to updated, mould in the shower was not good, the spa needs to be updated obviously it has been used and abused, and pressure was not good. The shower pressure was very hard to regulate hot & cold couldnt get it stay at consistent temperature.

Review 23：I loved the pool and bbq area, we all spent an afternoon in the pool and had a bbq for dinner. My family had booked multiple rooms and when we got there, they moved us around so we could stay next door to each other. Breakfast was beautiful.

Review 105：They gave us a tiny room even though we were with a newborn. We paid for a spa room and the spa did not work and the shower was out in the morning. We were told we could shower in the room next door. The room was huge and pretty much the same price apparently. When we wanted to complain we were told the manager wasn't there

Review 106：Had a noisey neighbour at 2am went on till 5am...not hotel fault. Breakfast came at 7:25am instead of 7am. Made me later to check out and be somewhere else.

Review 107：A very clean room, smelt very fresh. Lovely bed and very comfortable overall. Very busy place and popular. Easy to get to from off the Hume Hwy from Benalla. Lovely host greeted us.
