Review 1：The rooms facing the main street are very loud, because there is constantly a lot of traffic coming through!

Review 3：Taxi acquired by hotel very, very expensive by Mexican standards. "Their" taxi, an independent company, 70 pesos vs 35 pesos for "normal" taxi. They will call "normal" taxi if you request.

Review 6：Genuinely very friendly and helpful staff. We have arrived to the hotel at 3 am (after v v long drive): and the staff made sure our check-in will last no more than 1 minute! Nicely designed room. Location is great if you are into culture: La Venta park with world famous Olmeca heads is just across the road, 2 minute walk (although if you have difficulties with steps, you will need to take a car; as there is overhead bridge with at least 30 steps). Really good breakfast. Overall: superb value for money
Review 7：There was no tea maker in the room. One does not want to come down for coffee at any odd time.
Review 8：The staff was extremely helpful. First they allowed me an early check in. The phone did not work, but a person came and helped me out with his mobile, to fix my tour to Palenque. The location was good: right next to the Museum which I wanted to visit. The rooms are nice and large.
Review 9：- breakfast was to start at 7 am, and it actually started at 8.45 - hot water in the shower was there for just first minute and then it was barely warm - strange bathroom area, nowhere to put lotions and stuff in the tiny "shower room"

The abandonedbusiness park where it lies is not exactly the place for shopping, whichmeans that if you want a soft-drink or a snack, you have to take a taxi.Room service and catering consists in ordering-in from the neighbouringfast-food restaurants.

Review 31：I chose the hotel because it is located next to the La venta park. Unfortunately the park undergoes some maintenance or restoration process and it was closed to visitors whie I was there. I would'nt have gone t0 Villahermosa in the first place had I known this was the situation. This is nobody's faultbut it sureely affected mystay in the hotel.

Review 34：it is very noisy. In the room, which was on the second floor a fair bit down the hall, you could still hear the receptionists talking on the phone and every other noise in the hallway. The airco and the music in the restaurant were very high so breakfast was not really very pleasant.
Review 35：We booked this hotel because it is located near the Venta Museum park. We were only staying for one night wanted to visit the museum in the morning and leave afterwards. Unfortunately the museum was closed. But of course we can’t blame the hotel for this. Therefore it would have been a good choice if the museum had been open. The hotel was clean,

Force you reception staff study English and improve their skills to communicate with customers. Also I think that knocking to a door at 8:00 AM for cleaning is bad style even if “do not disturb” label does not hang on a door.
