Review 1：Nothing : everything was perfect !!!

Review 2：Lovely Villa ! Very beautifull, clean, everything is there. Luis is also so nice, he brings you to the beach and gives good advice :-)

Review 3：Too secluded. Not assessible unless you have a car or a taxi. No facilities yet (Eg. Private chef, cafe, spa , gym , bar) No communal area for reading, eating or to have drinks etc.

I saw that some people complained about location or distance, well then they should have done some research , anyway everything is easy reachable by car or bike. thanks a lot Luigi and staff.

Review 6：The location is very isolated! You'll definitely need a local driver 24/7. Taxi will otherwise be very costly

Review 10：Location: nothing nearby that you can walk to. You get a free bike but you cannot go outside the premises because of many stray dogs that chase you. No resteurants in walking distance. Location is ok if you have you are renting a car.

Review 11：New villas. The staff was extremely nice and polite. The manager, Ms. Elle was very helpful and tried her best to make the stay comfortable. In my opinion she should be the manager of a 5-star resort.

Review 13：I loved everything. The peaceful location, immerged in a green environment, the servive, cleanliness and brand new villa. The furniture is elegant, and there is an original Italian kitchen! I will go to Villa Sunpao again, and will suggest it to my friends. Unforgettable!

Review 14：Location is isolated, we had a car so it was ok for us, but for others they might not like this. The service from the staff is ok but not excellent. They are a little slow to respond and need pushing. Don't always do what they say they will do.

Review 16：The location is far from everything and they don't have anything. No spa no restaurants just the villa. The water flow is week and we didn't have water sometimes. Don't take the taxi from the hotel the taxis in town are way cheaper.

Review 22：I had previously arrange for a set up surprise, however was missed out. Well, the staff was friendly and place was good enough so we just forgo about it. But one thing for attention, notice that to call up the recept, there always nobody to pick up the phone. They can direct the call to the place where they might be staying in the house or whatsoever. As understand the recept is just a small office desk area to receive guests. We have few times need to walk out of the villa to enquire some small matters with the staff. Overall of the villa was good. Can provide some cloth for usuage for the villa kitchen area will be good. As end up we using some old clothing as cloth The villa is a very good ambience, if slowly can have their own facilities inside like small bar corner with some music or some small facilities for villa rentals to entertain incase they are bored. Overall is still a very nice and clean place. Staffs are very friendly too.

Review 24：Even with all the doors closed, a couple wasps got into our villa. The staff didn't seem very well prepared - check-in took over an hour, and they didn't tell us all the services offered (we wish we had known there were bikes, and that you could get delivery food!).

Review 27：Sunpao est situé à proximité de Laguna Phuket a Layan. C'est un petit peu loin du centre ville et la vie nocturne de Phuket mais les villas sont belles, propres, nettoyées tous les jours. Le personnel est très gentil et dévoué. L'équipement est complet avec piscine. Superbe la plage de Layan a seul 2 minutes, près du parque Sirinat. Les 5 étoiles sont un peu exagérés. Disons un bon 4 étoiles.

Review 29：Villa was clean and spacious, the pool quite luxurious, Sunpao is a really interesting area and the hotel staff assisted us with arranging reasonably priced day trips. The construction and layout of the hotel is lovely, very romantic and quiet in the night. Location perfect for relaxing, great beach only 2 minutes driving and free shuttle transportation was provided.

Review 30：The villa is brand new villa, everything was perfectly in order. We chose it for its modern and stylish decoration, the pictures look very attractive and they really respond to reality. We spent the whole time in the villa, we bought some wine and food, eating by the pool was really romantic.
