Review 9:I needed to have the desk staff assist with printing my airline ticket because the guest computer in the lobby did not work. The computer is not operated by the Tropicana, but by a third party. The hotel registration person was so helpful!! This young lady used her private office computer to help me out!!!
Review 10:The rooms are clean, modern, and comfortable and the restaurants were reasonably priced. The pool area was also clean. I appreciate that the Tropicana offers free live entertainment nightly. The desk staff were also very helpful and went above and beyond to assist me with printing my online airline ticket. The bed was also comfortable!

Review 16:I was rented a filthy room and I reported it to the front desk in the morning and when I left for my business for the day I came back and it was still untouched filthy bathroom toilet was atrocious and dirty. The bed was half sheetfed abd very uncomfortable no one response dedicated till the morning the next day.

Review 23:Understaffed and what staff there was didn't want to be there and under construction which seems to be never ending. It's been a while since I've stayed there and after being there again I realized again why. Never again.
Review 24:I only didn't like that you have to walk through the smokey casino to get to everything but I know that's whats expected when you stay in a casino so it wasn't a huge issue. Just hard to bring our baby through it.

And also still charged me a room fee for checking out early after I had stayed 2 nights already. Every hotel in vegas offers discounts when you stay with them INCLUDING food. I wont be back. Review 41:we payed a little extra for the deluxe king room with river view and the deluxe photos looked like it had a spa in the bedroom and the river view in the photos looked closer to the river than it really was. I was bummed that the deluxe room looked just like a general room cause there was nothing really special about it and I was disappointed that the room didn't come with a fridge because we couldn't keep any of the drinks that we brought cold or take any left overs from the restaurants.

Review 94:Love the Trop! Staff is so nice... Except for the occasional grumpy checkin person at the front desk. Great prime riib & crab leg buffet Best pillows and beds in town! Great buffet Value--pls don't raise the price again unless you plan to improve the desserts... The forgotten wasteland. Don't ur waitresses give feedback that there are a lot of desserts thrown out? Great bar & Music! Great boat parking! No hassles with security like at Aquarius--nice back lot access for boats. Only 18 minutes to Lake Mohave. Great pool with big screen.-- I'd be nice to have kid hours until 10pm. In & Out Burgers only 60 yards away. 12 years in a row returning.--- and no discounts offered ever!!

Review 102:They didn't explain a deposit that was added to the total price, but refunded later. I called the front desk manager and never received a call back. The floor we stayed on was straight out of the 80s with mauve and green coloring. The hotel isn't on the river walk.

They need more bell hop help we called for service waited a hour and no one to help asked 3 times and response was they are on there way up but never to show up we finally made two trips to bring our luggage down on our own.

The clerk that checked us in wasn't very compassionate about trying to find us rooms on the same floor next to eachother.
