Review 1：Hotel is basically dangerous for people in wheelchair; access is difficult and elevator has got only sensors near floor, hence I got painfully stuck several times, that did not seem to bother anyone but myself Not every staffmember seemed happy to help out. Service is not generous. there is room for improvement there
Review 2：Beautiful spacious rooms, with ditto views. Modern everything; the computer for guest's use in the lobby has a huge screen as does the ditto TV and the modern logfire that does not smell, is just lovely Excellent bed and great food, not too expensive. Best of all the heater/airconditioner is absolutely silent, as is the room in spite of the heavy traffic outside Great shopping mole close by in former AaBe factory.
Review 3：A sked for an adult two children share had to paid for additional room on arrival. YOUR wording needs looking at, should state enfant (under 5) Child 5-14. You can't except 2 children to share a room under a certain age. Window were locked so could nor air rooms. House keeping was slow to clean rooms

Review 11：Live wires protruding from the bathroom ceiling indicate the renovation is still work in progress... We checked in too late to bother asking for another room. Also some of the worst beds we had in ages, with VERY soft mattresses. The receptionist asked me to fill in - address - data (she should already have (they get all that stuff through my Booking.com reservation!) AND forced me to fill in an email address, which goes straight against local privacy law.
Review 12：The vicinity of the hotel was under construction. Therefore the entree of the hotel at the side of the construction works was almost invisible from the street. Unfortunately there wasn't a notification either how to get into the hotel.

Lots of work going on inside and outside (actually, around the hotel it's like a building site, as old building still being demolished) one has to walk over wooden planks to get to main door. No coat hangers(!!). Staff said they couldn't find them. Was promised they would be brought ASAP but 2 days later, nothing... Most staff not properly trained, bar is a joke. No menu, no cocktails, no ICE!!! (someone forgot to switch the machine on). Breakfast VERY POOR. Wi-Fi reception inside room was inexistent. Hotel not very clean, as lots of construction workers still moving in and out... In room, curtains don't close completely, allowing light in. Since my room faced a nearby football pitch which was used e every night, this was a bit of a problem...

Review 35：Cleaning staff were chatting loudly in the hallway in the morning. They also repeatetly tried to enter our room (to clean I presume) whilst we were there with door locked. Bar staff was friendly.

Review 44：simply the worst hotel i've ever been into.i'd like to express all the disgust out of it but unfortunately my disappointment is so varied and big that i fear i can't express it 100% with my english (not my mother tongue).Let's start from the beginning:1)not a single sign of it from the station 'till the entrance. the lighted HOTEL capital letters were always shut down, and having got there in night, i didn't saw it and that cost me and my friend 30 minutes more wandering around;2) when we got in, we asked for a car renting company in the city. the girl at the reception didn't know any info about it (which could even be true, and fine) but did care not a little bit about our needing, showing unwillingness of taking care and inform herself and us;3)not one double bed in the whole hotel (are you kidding?);4)the whole ambience, room above all, modestly lit. even getting all lights on, the atmosphere couldn't detach itself from looking like that of a cemetery;5)lamps above the beds seemed to be made out of truck's plates;6)all the canvas in the hotel, but the one in our room above all, look scary, and i mean SCARY. Ours looked like the background for a zombie videogame cover, being a wall with lots of rusty slices;7)room was cold when we got in, and the heating system, just like almost the whole hotel, is at least 40 years old;8)one word for the bathroom: distressing; the shower wasn't even separated from the rest of the bathroom, being just divided by a plastic blanket;8) the aisle smelt somewhat like a mix of new car's smell and smoke.. disturbing;9)the night before leaving, i asked to print some important papers for my flight back home: i didn't have laptops nor smartphones with me, and the free pc had a broken internet connection (just in time!).
Review 45：Location is not so good, far from station. If you take bus 141, there is only one in every hour. Room is small, toilet as well. There is no super market nearby.

They have twosmall, uncomfortable single beds in every room, no double beds. Bathroomis tiny and when you take a shower it floods the bathroom. There areother hotels closer to the city centre, would not recommend this hotelunless it was a last resort.

Review 69：I've stayed in this hotel before so knew what to expect - clean room with en-suite shower room, flat screen TV on wall and fridge which was very useful to store food and drink. Hotel is on the edge of town but I have found a short cut along the canal so it only takes 15 minutes to walk into the centre.

Review 72：Although the hotel was non smoking, our room smelt of smoke when we arrived and the corridors always smelled of smoke. The beds were extremely narrow and the room was tiny. The soap came in tiny tubes and there was no shelf or soap dish in the shower to put them on. The breakfast tables were not wiped between use.
