Review 1：From the moment I approached the front desk, the staff was welcoming. Once in my room which was clean and well decorated, I could not get the TV to work. A staff member who was also the bartender, arrived promptly and remedied the problem. A special mention to the Restaurant Manager, Enrique, who was very knowlegable about the area and made the bar and restaurant quite enjoyable. All in all, a pleasant stay and I highly recommend this Hotel.

Review 11：Great location on the main street of Isla Colon so surrounded by bars and restaurants as well as the bar in the hotel itself which opens out onto the main street. Also walking distance from the airport and the boat taxis go from a few doors down. Clean and spacious rooms. Lovely staff. Good breakfast! Highly Recommended!

Review 12：Just a few things: One day we had a "Don't disturb" sign put on our doorknob, however, one of the staff members ignored it, opened the door and entered the room. I was very surprised he did not knock on the door. Or at least make sure we were not in the room first before just opening the door. All he said to me that he needed to water the plant in the balcony... Breakfast was just OK, and the Internet keeps breaking up during the day, although it is good in the early mornings and late evenings. But that is an issue for most of Bocas town so it's ok. Other than that we had a good comfortable stay :)

Review 13：We had a big comfortable room with a spacious balcony and nice ocean views. The air-conditioning worked well and it was nice and clean. Convenient location, and the staff was helpful, very friendly and spoke English well. I really liked our room :)

Review 14：First we were in a room where the balcony was next to the street. In the night it was incredible loud. The next day we could change rooms. Before booking check where your room is. I can't recommend the hotel restaurant.

Staff did not offer help with anything. -were not very friendly. Could of easily stayed somewhere that was cheaper and nicer.

Review 22：The hotel/bed & breakfast was quaint & comfortable. We felt right at home. Breakfast was cooked to order daily &we sat in the open air restaurant&watched the morning rain over the water. It was beautiful& relaxing. The staff was very friendly& always helpful. Carla, the owner was there often & very interested in making sure everyone was happy. Rudy was a tremendous help everyday. He made homemade soup , at no charge, when my companion got sick & served it to our room with a candle, guava juice & gingerale! Carla made sure we had plenty of ginger ale too! The girls at the front desk were sweet & always smiling & helpful. The housekeeping staff were excellent& one sweet lady even washed our muddy clothes, from ATV excursion, for us & returned them to our room clean, folded, & bagged! No charge! We were really made to feel like family! We met people at breakfast from all over the world. When not raining, happy hour on deck is fun too. Loved this place! Had big deck perfect for morning coffee & evening drinks! Would have liked water view but those all booked. Would definitely return & recommend without hesitation!

The hotel charged me an extra $30/night pleading the website was in error in allowing me to book 1 room for 3 adults (even though there was a queen and single bed in the room). Definitely would not recommend this hotel now as there are plenty of equally delightful hotels in the area at 1/2 the price.

Review 54：Booking.com was misleading. I asked for the best views and quite rooms based on the photo you used to advertise the hotel. The photo you use is a photo of a room that the hotel NEVER offers to booking.com so it was a HUGE dissapointment and false advertising to use the photo to promote the hotel. We were very mad to learn that we were booked for one room facing the noisy street and one in the middle of the hotel without any view at all. I read it could be noisy and se officially told the booking.com agent I wanted sea views and quiet rooms and got nothing I asked for.

Review 55：The staff and devor was fantastic and the location perfect. The food was good. The staff were very apologetic about the booking disaster and misleading advertising on booking.com and offerred us their gorgeous large suite for the two rooms that were booked by your company. We did have to pay extra for the suite and will contact booking.com when we get back to get a credit.

Review 56：The aircon/fan unit was a little noisy, not enough to stop you sleeping but enough to need to turn the AV volume up The included breakfast was nice but was presented by the waitress in a way that sounded very stingy, for example Drink options weren't offered out and was made to feel like I was pushing my luck asking for a juice in addition to coffee

Best internet i found in Bocas (it's all relative...2.5meg/sec download, just about enough to watch the live stream of Pipeline Masters while I was there!). Free communal Water cooler
