Review 1：If I stay in a hotel with thermal pool and they have "Terme" in their name. I would not expect to pay additional for a towel and a bathrobe

Review 3：Only 1 elevator, far from enough. No one to help while coming or leaving and receptionist watching and doing nothing about it, like it does not interest them. Paying for bath robes in a hotel that promotes itself for having a spa is unbellivable! Milk made of powder or something in Slovenia famous for its milk???

Review 6：Everything was perfect. The staff was very kind and helpful, breakfast and dinner was very good (organic and bio food),fresh juice at breakfast (orange, carrot, forest fruits, apple, etc). The room is very clean and well furnished, large balcony, very good wi-fi, good spa area. They even surprised us with 2 tickets for Portoroz Casino (5 euros each).

Review 7：Some glitches from staff, that could be improved - As many times before; arriving at dinner with two small children we were "offered" the worst possible table (settled after a little "negotiating") - We ordered a room service, but the soup was cold and main dish had french fries instead of mashed potatoes. Even after lunch, the empty plates stayed in our room until departure (24h). - At checkin we hadn't recevied the "wifi coupon". It was settled after request next day. Crazy prices of drinks for dinner?

Review 13：My husband and I did not enjoy our messages. I definitely do not recommend their spa. We had half board and the dinners were very disappointing. Two nights my family and I all had upset stomachs after eating. Our room was right next to a closet that the cleaning maids used. They woke up me and my sleeping baby three times at 6am. Also, the front staff could have been more friendly.

Review 14：Breakfast buffet was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Air conditioning worked well so the room was a comfortable temperature. Wifi worked very well also. All facilities were clean. Indoor pools were warm and not overcrowded.

Nightmare to find a free space and lot of times it is also a nightmare to park in there or come out as other cars block ours.

Review 27：Air conditioner broke on firts night, we asked for repair and it was done while we had dinner. On 2nd night it broke again around 1 am and we couldnt sleep all night . We reserved a room with balcony and didnt get it. I asked for a room on higher levels and got one on 1st floor. Table assigned to us was the worst in all restaurant, direct on door entrance, noisy and with all people passing by.

Review 29：The air conditioning was poor, very poor. When showering, the water went from hot to cold, cold to hot, and had to be adjusted all the time. Would like to have an ice machine somewhere or at least available.

They gave bad information on two occasions (wrong opening hours of the local pharmacy and the cafe at the Grand Hotel) and for the first time in my life I wasn't asked at check out how my stay was.... I would have said we enjoyed our time, but I thought the absence of the question said a lot.

Review 38：Wellness is great. Excellent. Underground sea is pumped from 700m deep well and heated to 31 C. At this moment you can get even consultation with dr. Planinšek. - He is one of the best surgeons.

Review 41：Location of the hotel is on the hill. Very hard to climb up with baby stroller! There is an elevator trough the spa zone, but there is still few steps between the corridor connecting hotel and spa zone. Inaccessible by stroller! Wifi was not working all the time. Some of the people smoke in their bathrooms (?) and there is a strong cigarette smell from the bathroom ventilation. Very very hot the room, and no way to turn off the heating.

Review 42：Very clean, modern hotel. Room is freshly furnished and spacious. Hotel, restaurant and spa stuff was very nice and helpful! The young chef which makes eggs and pancakes at breakfast made us smile every morning, very very nice guy! Food is very tasty and healthy ( sometimes even too much, it is hard to find any baked goods which are not full grain). We loved the natural taste of beef and fish. At breakfast there's free freshly squeezed orange juice and some tasty smoothies.

Review 90：Coming back from the beach or town, you need to walk up on a fairly steep hill. Its a short walk (100 meters) but for those with walking difficulties its not suitable. Charges extra for bathropes. Come on...why screw up a nice experience, this is not a budget hotel at 170 EUR per night should cover bath ropes...

Review 91：Nice hotel with good location. Rooms a very nice and clean. View to the sea from sea view rooms is fairly limited, so probably not worth the extra. Breakfast very good, wifi nice and fast. I have not tried the wellness. Beach is what it is. Portoroz is not famous for its beaches. Standard sunbeds 12 EUR for 2, nice sunbeds 40 EUR for 2.

Review 92：The receptionists are not that pleasant and the night receptionist didn't speak almost any word of English. The food is very basic and the variety is very little and doesn't match with a 4 star hotel. In no other hotel we needed to pay 6€ to use a bathrobe and no slippers were provided. For those who forgot the slippers, they can be bought in the swimming pool. Internet in the device was constantly disconnecting. Housekeeping staff was using the elevator along with guests to bring big bags of garbage and linen to wash.

Review 96：Beautiful, little and coastal town, well-equipped room for rest and relaxation. Excellent bathing (mainly the salted pools) facilities. Helpful staff. Programs in the area around Portoroz (e.g., Piran, Koper, Postojna) is ideal place. One of the best wellness hotel that I have ever seen. I'd come back here anytime.
