Review 1：Some may not like the out of town location but it didn't bother us.

Review 2：Great value at this time of the year as it is very quiet so we had the use of the excellent indoor pool and gym to ourselves.. The quality of the food is very good and the staff are very friendly and efficient.

Review 9：The only slight downside is the location. It is a 12 euro taxi ride into the nearest town but it is worth it. There is a lovely marina there with id say over 40 bars and resteraunts and nice shops.

Review 10：We stayed in Portugal for 10 nights and stayed at this hotel for 2. We wanted to go to the aqua show waterpark but we stayed about an hour away so decided to stay over here. Very happy with the decision! The hotel is lovely and is a 3 minute walk to the waterpark entrance. The waterpark is really good. We ate both nights in the hotel and it was the best food we have had in Portugal. We had steaks both nights and they were to die for. Very knowledgable and enthusiastic waiter served us. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. I feel the cleaners deserve a special mention as the place is immaculate.

Review 22：I'm not a complainer and I spent 3 weeks in Bali this summer including a bit of "off the trail" island hopping etc. I know how to make do. However....Overpriced drinks for the region, ESPECIALLY water. A 50 cent bottle was 2-50 in waterpark which is extortionate but 3-50 in hotel which is outrageous!!!Poor quality food in the hotel. I like nice food well prepared with nice ingredients but I'm NOT a fussy eater and breakfast was just awful to the point of eating beans on toast or croissant almost daily. The coffee machines didn't work and what they produced was foul anyhow.Lunch time food was quite grim aside from the pizzas. A-la-carte or buffet in the evening wasn't great. If I'd been served with that food in the uk I'd have been unhappy with the quality in relation to the price. Local restaurants (VERY little choice) weren't much better.Evening entertainment was so laughable it wasn't funny.I felt ripped off all week. If you're running an isolated hotel (and it is isolated without the use of taxis or infrequent buses) at least make the things you're offering guests reasonable quality and fairly priced in relation to the local economy.No drinks making facilities in rooms meant no palatable hot drinks all week.Booking taxis from the hotel meant no taxi meters and exaggerated prices. Airport run booked from hotel is 9 euro above standard rate FROM the airport taxi rank.My advice would be to book a hotel in the Quarteira area and taxi in to the waterpark. You'll have more choice, better value for money and the waterpark is better to visit on a Sunday. All other days are very long queues which is par for the course but makes a visit far less enjoyable.

Review 60：The food was too fat and no vegetables at breakfast. But this is not so importangt as closely there are very good restaurants. The hotel is really worthwhile!

Review 61：The personnel, the proximity to the Aquashow park, the room with view to the swimming pool. You need a car in order to visit around and go to the beaches. I recommend tourists (up to 3) to take the airport shuttles which are very reliable and about which curiously, the hotel personnel doesn't say a word (they recommend taxi which is 35€ while the bus is around 11€/pers)

Review 62：The meals were not up to standard for such a fine hotel. They were tasteless and over cooked. Buffet very disappointing especially the evening meal. Breakfast was the same every morning. There was no chef to be seen cooking in front of guests. I would not recommend full board.
