Review 1：The room was S zone, after 10pm we talked a little loud not as loud but not really that loud. We received complain from the guest two rooms apart and our mood were ruined. I think the noise really went through room to room too effectively. If the hotel can make a bit of noise cancelling system it would be great.
Review 2：Our room never got cleaned. They left towels and toilet paper but never made the bed or cleaned the room.

Review 5：The bed is comfortable, and our room comes with a large balcony with super comfy daybeds. The river view from the room is spectacular. If you like privacy and silence, you would love this place because it is not located exactly right in the middle of the city but 5-minute walking which is not far at all. We walked back from Sakura Bar for no time. But if you would go clubbing like us, you shouldn't walk back alone 'cause it is kinda dark and no people around on the way back to the resort.

Review 23：Amazing, amazing views from this perfectly located hotel. Do yourself a favour and treat yourself to a river-view room and just watch the world go by. The buffet breakfast is great. The staff are really helpful. And if you get the chance have a chat to the owner. It doesn't matter which language you chose, I think he can speak them all!

Review 73：Many things. Breakfast was not replenished after being laid out for the first serving, resulting in rubbery, old and inedible eggs. Wifi barely worked in the lobby area and there was no internet in the rooms, TV had no connection in the room. Check-in was poor. The value for money just wasn't there. I would have happily left early and chose another place in town with better service if I had been staying longer.

Dinner at the hotel is my recommend. it is delicious, reasonable price and offer a great sunset view. hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from the city center which make hotel it self quiet and great place to stay.
Review 83：We have no water to use and it's really terrible. The management explain the reason is because of hot season and the Laos's New Year. But we think it's because our room in the second floor and when the people in the first floor use bath room, we have no water.
