Review 1：Small rooms, lack of choice on restaurant menu for vegetarians or food allergies. Single quilts on a double bed. .

Review 3：Hotel gave a run down impression except for the rooms. Cleanliness outside of the guest rooms was substandard three out of four days the breakfast room was overrun, buffets depleted and either understaffed or under-motivated staff

Review 5：The room can get uncomfortably hot as there is no AC except you open the window. The room also lacked provisions such as body cream, refrigerator, and coffee stuff.

Review 31：We used the hotel as an overnight stop on a road trip travelling to north of Sweden. Situated directly by the motorway. Perfect if you just need a place to sleep.
Review 32：After a long train trip , it was frustrating to find that the hotel didn't have any information about our booking, even though we had a booking reference number with booking.com. We can only assume that who ever dealt with that booking didn't put it in the hotel's system at the time of booking. The young man at check -in seemed unsure about what to do and ended up putting us in a budget room even though we had booked a superior one. But we eventually transferred to a correct room.
Review 33：This is an ok hotel if you want an expensive budget room. We only wanted it for our last two nights in Stockholm as it was easy to get to Arlanda by train from there. The breakfast was good and even though our room was right beside the lifts and facing the highway, it wasn't as noisy as we thought it might be. Check out was considerably easier for us, than check-in!

Review 36：We had two rooms booked. The first one was easily found. The other wasnot found by surnamne. We gave the booking receipt. The receptionistsaid "it is not written by us. Call the booking office" anrefused to look at it. We pointed at the misspelled surname at thebooking receipt and asked her to try that name. Same answer from her. Wehad to ask her several times before she looked at the receipt and tryedthat namn, and the room was found. Not the behaviour you wish for whenyou started 04.00 in the morning and have had a day full of meetings!!We chose Park Inn next week.
Review 37：-Our room for 2 nights was on the ground floor, seeing 1 M. away parkingcars(no privacy), change request rejected. -Due to construction on theroad to Ulriksdal train station you need to get a muddy shortcut. -Theroom was not like in the pictures of the website.

Review 39：I was there on a business trip, but the hotel is very near the new football stadium and I was woken in the early hours by people coming back from the England vs Sweden match. Not the hotel's fault, although evidently sound proofing could be better.
