Review 1：Basically it's six hotels joined together so it takes a day to figure out where everything is. However once done everything is clean and well presented.

Review 2：Spotlessly clean. Good sized family room for four. Good location with private beach and good facilities. We had half board and buffet food was very acceptable.

Review 3：We were very satisfied with the hospitality and personal approach of personnel. The selection of food was delicious - even for us, vegetarians. Wellness and thermal offerings are in high standard.

Review 5：This was our first sraay at Life Class hotels. The room was big and clean, food very nice (we had halfboard). The strange thing was that you couldn't have tap water for dinner, so you have to order mineral or bottled. Polls at Wellness centre and hotel Riviera are very nice and clean. As a guest of Neptune you can use both for free. Sunbeds are free as well. At the baech, you have to rent piar of sinbeds gor 12€ as a guest of the hotel. The part og Mudusa veach with some nicer su veds is even more expensive. The stuff is very nice and friendly. Parking dpace alittle bit small,,but if you can not find a place,,just go the reception, which is ar Apollo hotel, and they will durect you to other parking place nearby. Overall, we had a cery nice time here and I am.sure we will come bavk.

Review 6：Very bad smell in the room and bathroom. The receptionist is not so further. Bad atmospheric. So I not recommend. In the Portorose are many better hotels!

Review 7：You could experience a lack of parking lots. The dinner can be included paying a little surcharge but the quality is just average.

Review 9：In very-very brief: Wifi was almost non-functional in some areas and peak time; there were 2 kinds of soups everyday; parking is extra charge and bellboy actually take your vehicle to an outdoor muddy garden or what, cc 8ms walking from the hotel, seriously understuffed (reception lines were 10-20ms waiting time), fittness and pool access was limited in time, sauna world was only open 5-9PM and subject of extra charge. This is a wellness hotel?

Review 10：Its a well suited hotel-complex, with many high class facilities (most of them extra charged and in limited time period) and high class services. Great view to the sea from some rooms (extra charge) and wide range of quality food provided. Some complains were treated with openness.

Review 15：No tap water available at meals - we don't drink mineral water. No coffee available after meal - had to walk to other hotel if we wanted coffee. On arrival receptionist just gave us our room cards and leisure bracelets - no written instructions as to what to do with these bracelets. There were hard selling brochures on each therapy but no general information on how to use the facilities to the best or indeed any info on enterainement or what we could or could not use in the other hotels.

Review 16：Lovely room and really helpful pleasant main called Marija S. Room was available very early which was a bonus as we arrived at 11.30am. Good food choice for evening meal

Review 17：Wifi was poor, and the swimming pools a bit cold for me. I think thermal baths should be warmer (at least they are here in Budapest much warmer). And one thing: a hotel of this high quality should not charge 6 euros for the use of bathrobes, that's a bit strange.....

Review 25：Hotel's carpets are quite old, it definitely needs new ones. Bathrobes are not included in room's price (you will be charged 6EUR). Parking is private, but is is not for free - price is 3,5Eur/per day. You can use all parking places of Lifeclass complex, not just those of Neptuno hotel. 2 sunbeds and unbrella cost 12,5Eur per day (take care, part of Medusa beach is even more expensive). During a watter aerobick in the morning in swimmming pool, you cannot use the pool for the swim - why the they cannot use the other smaller poll for aerobick, so swimmers could swim meanwhile???

Review 70：I was on a business trip. Booking the hotel was based on few criteria.Gym - nowhere were mention that Sunday the gym is closed. I had to workduring the day away from the hotel but nowhere during the booking I sawthat the gym is not free afternoon . It was 10 euro if you want to useit after lunch. Internet - you have your free hour and the speed is okbut ! the last day I have to send my report and I went to buy additionaltime . Appear that you cannot have additional internet service. I endedup with no option to complete my work looking for hours for a wifi spotin the city with no success.- I have very little spare time but I found there is noting to do in this place, I had a bigger expectation.
