Review 1：They do not change the towels and clean the room except when you ask for. When I ask for cleaning they ask me for how many days I check in…. Extremely small lobby No exchange office in hotel or around

Review 2：Friendly staff although extremely poor English speakers, which is abnormal in an international tourist location. Warm and nice atmosphere in the hotel. Kitchen utilities available, toaster, glasses, etc Good food, tasty Relatively close to the slopes (400 m aprox. 10-15 min walking)

Review 5：Staff was rude barely spoke English.while in restaurant Excalibur we asked for a big bottle of water and were told that they didn't have any.3 hours later we asked again and miraculously they had.they only wanted to serve small bottles because they were more expensive.reception couldn't give us any directions and when asked about anything responded I don't know.

Review 7：- Cable Internet in the room wasn't working - WiFi in common parts was really weak - SPA is listed in facilities, but it's not mentioned that EVERYTHING must be paid separately - if we knew this, we wouldn't have booked here in the first place - room looked nothing like in the pictures (we had studio) - very, very small with old furniture - no hairdrier - staff in the restaurant was nice, but kept messing our orders all the time

Review 13：Good VFM. Comfortable room. Ski in/out just about ok but some bits tricky for a beginner. Restaurant good for evening meal, breakfast ok. Would prefer to be a bit further up mountain next time.

Review 14：Apt 509 - ours - was in the reception area, near the bar and next to the lift. It was very noisy until about 1am. We were offered a change on the third day. Also it smelt stongly of smoke - some non-smoking rooms would be a good idea....

Review 16：For 6 days they didn't change the bath towels even once and the room cleaning service as a whole was bad (didn't clean every day and if they did - just fixed the bed or left toilet paper, nothing else) and even though we complained at reception, nothing changed. Location is not as good as presented - the slope next to the hotel is actually closed and thus not maintained, so if you try to use it to get to the lift station,there are some quite dangerous icy sections. Even though the room had fireplace, they actually charge you additionally if you want to use it (BGN 10 for 1 time) and the wood they gave us was wet, so the result was hardly any fire and too much smoke in the room. We specifically asked for a double bed but we got a room with 2 beds stuck slightly together, which is really uncomfortable for a couple

Review 18：Obvious money-laundering operation, not customer-oriented, wind blowing through wall corners!!!! Awful bathroom, bad heating drying the air while floor is cold as ice, bad management. This was built to suit someone's dirty business, not customers. Try renting local houses instead.

Review 31：-If you are at the last floor it's not so confortable to walk in the room because of the geometry of the roof. -There are not hair dryers in rooms. -Lobby bar is very small and almost always busy after 18:00.

Review 34：Especially Thé attitudes of the waitress of the excalibur restaurant and the guy at the skiwardrop were beyond the expectations. They were great.

Review 35：They provide two small coach to sit in lobby maksimum 4 people can sit there, beside lobby there is a cafe . Actually its a part of lobby... Waiter comes and forces you to order something.. İt was really bad beahviour... And rude... You are in the lobby and you have to order something to sit there...

Review 37：The unit I was assigned was on the fourth floor, and there was not an elevator in that wing of the hotel. We had to hike 200+ stairs numerous times daily. After a full day of skiing battling those steps was the last thing we wanted to do. The beds were uncomfortable (maybe it is time to think about replacing the mattresses). Breakfast was ok - same exact options every day. When there isn't enough snow, the complex is NOT ski-in/ski-out as advertised. You would need to hike or drive to the nearest lift station. The front-desk staff did not know their own policies. At check-out, the front-desk lady tried to overcharge me additional 14 Euro per day for my 12 year-old kid when their policy clearly states that the kids 7-12 yrs of age are charged only 7 euro per day. When that did not work, she tried charging another 7 euro per day for my 4 year-old kid. I had to remind her again that their policy states that children between 0-7 stay free at the complex. The checkout experience was very uncomfortable as it had turned into a haggling match. I will not stay there again as there are other better alternatives in Pamporovo.

Review 38：The place was clean, and it was close to the ski runs. The maid service was excellent. Our kids loved the goats in the corral in front of the complex.

Review 39：The fixed price for dinner 10 eur + drinks wasn't worth it. Some ofthe staff in the restaurant was really rude, especially one young man(don't know the name unfortunately). I didn't like the fact thatwe had to pay 40 eur for leaving the room at 5pm. Usually if the room isnot booked for the next night, the hotel doesn't charge the guests.But whatever. Great hotel for Bulgaria.

The ceiling of the bathroom was leaking duringour stay. The telephone in the room did not work during our stay. Iasked for a kettle, forgot to send to my room. We sit in the lobby barand wanted to wait for our friends but the waiter told us that we cannot sit if we do not give an order. Booked 4 rooms but the other twochecked out after the second night because of the poor service. We couldnot because we have children.

Review 59：There was no printed map of the village or of the ski centre in the hotel or even at the lift station.In general apart from the beautiful forest surroundings,the village and ski centre didn't have so many facilities as in Bansko where we had spent some days in Januar .Breakfast was average although no one could drink the coffee.Spa centre was rather medium and you had to pay ,children too,to use it for half an hour.

Review 60：The hotel was rather beautiful outside,rather average inside, but considering the low price we paid for an one bedroom appartment ,things could have been a lot worse.The appartment had central heating that didn't work,but with two portable radiators it was warm enough.We also had hot water all day which is not so obvious in bulgarian hotels.The receptionist ,the same one during the whole weekend, was friendly but unable to communicate very well in English.
