Reviews for Hotel Rural A Quinta

Review 1:Lack of pillows, no extras provided. Lacked the human touch, lack of staff, not offered follow up support or advice following check-in. Had to ring and wait to gain entry every time we'd been out. Lacked atmosphere. Room was a bit bland.

Review 2:Generous breakfast, breakfast staff were friendly and courteous.

Review 3:As usual the hotel restaurant comes up short on evening meals, due to lack of competition in the area.

Review 4:Well maintained and efficiently run by no nonsense staff.

Review 5:The lady in charge was not genuinly nice. She was willing to help if we needed something but it seemed like it was too much for her. It also seemed like she did not like us because we did not spend anything on food they offer in their restaurant. If they were just a bit nicer, I would rate it higher.

Review 6:Good location to start if you want to go to Pico Ruivo or some nice little towns on the north (Porto da Cruz, Faial, Santana)

Review 7:The location was very nice and quiet. Staff always very helpful and nothing was too much to ask. Felt like home from the first minute. Rooms were being cleaned on a daily basis.

Review 8:Cleaning of the villa once in three days. Hot water was not really hot.

Review 9:Very good location of the villa next to the forest. Great location for calm vacations with family. Individual parking. Well equipped kitchen. Nice view from the balcony.

Review 10:Guests need to realise that February is still a very cool month at this altitude, although there was background heating and cosy thermal bed linen!

Review 11:The apartment was in a fabulous location with a well kept garden and glorious views. Because there was no one in the upstairs apartment, it was very quiet. Decor was attractive. The staff at the associated hotel were most helpful.
