Review 1：The bar opposite has 0400hr license, (through no fault off the hotel I hasten to add) was very noisy and rowdy, but the staff didn't hesitate in moving us to a different room away from the bar.

Review 5：Shower a bit tempermental,(drainage) hotel needs some decor improvements in some areas. But looks as if it is being progressed.overall nothing really bad, breakfast quite nice , rolls ham cheese, cereal coffee yoghurts, juice, I would stay again without hesitation.

Review 9：Due to constant moving in and out of guests, there does not seem sufficient time to clean the rooms in time. It is a drawback that great part of the staff does not speak Portuguese.
Review 10：The location is excellent, close to center of town and even closer to beach. When you can get a room with a balcony (1st floow), its very nice. There are many families with small children so it seems to be family-friendly.
Review 11：Ok, when I saw all the bad reviews I thought, how bad can it be. Just like the reviews I found out. The free parking that's advertised consists of parking on the street. You can imagine how easy this is one block from the beach in the summer. Did apparently not accept debit or credit card, thanks, now I have to pay the comission of 3 percent in the ATM, which is kind of a big deal if you stay 5 nights. 24 hour reception was advertised. Well kind of true, you have to wake up the person working there from the couch or knock on the closest room if you want to leave the hotel early. Beds were horrible, sleeping on the floor was probably more comfortable. Don't think the room was cleaned before I got there. If you pay 15-20 a night here I guess it's worth it but not a cent more. (in the summer I think it's 40-50 a night) Spend your money somewhere else.

Review 13：The air conditioning was not functioning correctly, there were many defects in the bathroom, revealing the septic tank pipes. The breakfast consisted of tea/coffee and a hardened bread roll. Very disappointing stay.
Review 14：Place was dirty, still garbage leftover from previous customers... furniture was old and falling apart, the bathroom was dirty, the shower was a cubicle that you have to step up to get in and had mildew all over. And on top of all that it was more expensive than the other places!
Review 15：The only good thing about this place was the location, it was very close to the boardwalk.The place was very dirty! We had garbage in our room from previous customers, bathroom was discusting and dirty. The room had no closet, only a hook on the wall with some hangers. The night stand was falling apart. This was a horrible experience!
