Review 1：The room was cold. I tried to make room warm but I couldn't. And someone filled out his opinion on the card which is putted on a table to hear voices of customers by the hotel, but it was not taken - it was written last December.

Review 2：Great hotel! We stayed in a room with an additional sofa for child. It was very comfortable. There is no additional payment for kids. There is a lot of place for kinds to play in the lobby. Definately the best hotel from the Best Western's I have stayed it.

Review 3：the staff are friendly and helpful, location was good, as u are away less than 2 km from shopping cinter, i am sure it would be great to be there in summe,, surounded by forests and park. they are having 24 hours sauna, and gym. a secure parking is there.

Review 11：This was a return trip for us. We have a car, so this is our first choice when visiting Katowice. The Hotel is modern, friendly, comfy, and the breakfast is excellent. This time we ate dinner in the restaurant. The menu is small, but everything is very tasty, and prepared right in front of you.

Review 12：Rooms are equiped like 3 stars Hotels. Weird seperation of bathroom and bedroom. Restaurant cannot be recommended. It presents itself as classy but the personell is unfriendly and the live cooking is more like a joke and distrackts from the fact that the food is just average. There are way better restaurants around there. All customer related processes in the hotel take very long time (check-in, check-out, ordering...). Not enough parking lots for the guests.

Review 27：Service was terrible. Staff didn't know how to charge maestro card. Then they had to change my room to another one because of technical troubles. It took more than 1 hour, a d bew room was not prepared- without bedclothings, hot, etc. After i ask at least 2 to prepare the room, i just went yo my old room and took what i need. 4 stars self- service.

Review 30：The location was excellent for the town centre, we were travelling on motorcycles and the concierge took the time and trouble to sort out secure parking for our bikes, the hotel was spotlessly clean and staff were very friendly and helpful, check in was a breeze, as was check out.

Review 31：I think you need to speak Polish to stay here because the 3 staff at reception don't understand much English and aren't helpful or enthusiastic.On checking in, I wasn't given a map or told about the area or the hotel facilities - only the time of breakfast. My friend recommended the hotel as she knows it, but when I asked for change for the bus, the receptionist said she didn't have bus tickets or any change at all and just shrugged and pulled a face when I said I was stuck as couldn't get a bus without change. She told me to try the garage outside the hotel. The barman was much friendlier and helped me by getting the change from the reception desk!!! - which the receptionist had refused me.I had to clean the toilet seat and remove toothpaste from the soap dish on checking in. The air-conditioning didn't work properly and it was 31 degrees. When I asked the man on reception about it, he didn't understand me and told me to turn the dial to 0, but there is no 0 on the dial. He sent up housekeeping who grumpily moved the dial to just past 5.I was woken up at 3am by four drunken people having a party outside my room in the corridor who then played really loud music. This went on for nearly an hour.The day before leaving, I asked the receptionist if I could check out an hour late and she said yes, and I ordered a taxi for the airport. The next day, I went for a walk and when I came back my room card didn't work. I explained to the man at reception that I had been told I could check out late (I guessed that was the issue). He didn't understand but made the card work. When I was changing in my room, the cleaner tried to come in without knocking. Then the reception man rang my room telling me that the hotel policy was that I should have checked out half an hour ago and he was abrupt. I told him I had been given permission the day before.

Review 32：The food in the restaurant is very good and there was a good choice of breakfast, but there are staff moving tables and chairs while you eat. The location next to the park is good and you can easily get a bus into the centre from outside the hotel. The room was nice and the bed was good.

Review 35：The staff really let this place down. The reception took ages to check us in and when we got to the room we had been given a smoking room (even though we had said non smoking). When we asked them to rectify their mistake they almost felt offended we didn't just put up with the current room. At dinner, we had the most sullen, rude and unhelpful waiter (it reminded me of service back on the communist era). Half way though the meal (around 8 pm) they started hoovering around us and re arranging tables. I really would recommend a better front of house.

Review 36：The room was bright, airy and clean; very modern and also had tea & coffee making facilities (a bonus in Poland). The bed and pillows were top class and we had a very peaceful night's sleep. The breakfast was good, with a chef cooking the eggs to your liking right there and then. The food in the restaurant was quite good, but very pricey, so if you do have a car, it might be a good idea to venture out. The hotel itself is located in a neighborhood of Katowice and if you don't have a car you're a bit stuck.

The whole hotel is full of modern enterieur, the rooms were amazing, nicely decorated and comfortable. The staff was friendly & helpful. There was a wide range of breakfast selection & it was pretty delicious. It's a pity I did not have time to try out the fitness center, but may be next time :) Altogether I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel & I would gladly reccommend it to everyone!

Review 73：Everything about our stay in Katowice Best Western was perfection. From the moment of arrival, Pawel met us at entrance and was always available to offer assistance with the local area and guidance. Reception staff always had a pleasant smile and spoke perfect English language. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with plenty leg room unlike Ryan Air leg space for those over 6 feet tall ! The surprise package in the hotel was their restaurant where the manager Marek provides a delightful evening menu. The selection was so good that it proved difficult to choose a main course. Marek's recommendation of duck breast proved to be a revelation with care and attention to what was a perfect 5 Star meal. The ambiance was eye catching with color scheme predominantly black and white with proper table and chair linens to make us feel pampered. I will be returning there again in the future if only for the excellent food.

Review 75：Location is bad, away from the city (40 mins walk from downtown) and in the middle of absolutely nowhere. If you have a car or take a taxi, it's OK. There are also good bus connections to downtown in the stop nearby.
