Review 3：The view was breathtaking. In my opinion this is more a 3 star hotel (and a good one) than a 2 star. The rooms are small but clean and comfy, breakfast was great and the pool was amazing. I cant recommend this place enough and we will definately come back.
Review 4：It was the first time me and my family ever went to this hotel. We were very pleased as the hotel is very well placed with a fantastic view over the river valley and the surrounding mountains. The place itself fits perfectly in the surround environment and everything feels in the right place. The staff is very familiar and very helpful. The rooms are excellent and so is the cleanness of it. The breakfast is very good with all you could ask for in a very familiar environment and they even had home baked cakes for everyone. Definitely one of the best places I've been while staying in Gerês!

Review 8：I had really enjoy staying in Lagoa Azul.The view to the river was so stuning, that we were sitting and enjoying it every day. It was so peaceful, around you just mountains and a river view. Fascinating!!! The staff are friendly and very helpful. Tottaly it´s the one of the best places that I chose for the holidays. The Location is good, 3.6km to Vila de Geres, there are buses and táxis if you do not have your own transport. It´ a must to stay there!
Review 9：The breakfast, it needs improvement. It doesn't have juice. Our bathtub was cracked. The mattress was uncomfortable. Only 4 tv channels (Portuguese ones). Parking places due to the nature of the place.

Only suggestion would be to start restaurant in the hotel itself so people do not have to drive to geres to eat. Overall pleasant stay n would definitely visit again.
