Review 1：They have everything you need - private parking with security stuff around, kids zone with a supervisor. The stuff is very friendly, and they even provided us with a crib.

Review 2：There is a lot of other apartments and hotels in Zlatibor, so do yourself a favor and stay away from „Zlatiborski konaci“. We came very late on a cold November evening, just to find out that the temperature in the apartment is about the same as outside. Obviously, the apartments are not heated when there are no guests, which I can understand, but if I make a booking and announce exact time of arrival in advance, I expect they would switch it on at least a couple of hours earlier. So, when you come in, you first have to figure out the heating system, where to find the boiler and how to switch it on. As it takes some hours to warm the rooms up, we had to sleep in our winter jackets and fear if the kids will stay healthy in such conditions. Taking a shower also becomes a risk you don't want to take when it is so cold. Moreover, our apartment was in the ground floor and had no floor heating, so even after the rooms were heated it was still cold from the ground and I can only imagine how it feels like during the winter. Wi-Fi didn't work for the most part of our stay. „Zlatiborski konaci“ is an apartment resort and there are routers in some of the apartments, so you have to connect to one of the neighbouring ones, but it didn't work in our case. When you complain at the reception, you get the answer that the technical support will take a look the following day (after you check out), so you have to complain some more in order to get it fixed. Even the apartments are quite new, sewerage is not properly solved, so there is unpleasant smell from the toilet. At the check-out, there was another guest complaining about the same thing. All this was an experience in a „superior“ apartment, kind of upper class in „Zlatiborski konaci“. Truely, the price was OK, but what we thought would be good value for money was downright cheap. It was definitely not worth it, so if you have any other options, don't go to „Zlatiborski konaci“.
