Review 1：AWFUL.... noisy, dirty and unhelpful staff. For our last night in Oman, we didn't sleep, bathroom very dirty and people listening music and shouting, even if we ask for the hotel manager help.
Review 2：The bathroom was awful - water did not flow away, door was destroyed because of it and couldn´t be closed properly, was not even particularly clean. Wi-fi only in the lobby.
Review 3：The staff was really friendly and welcoming. OK (ish) place for one night and really low price (for Oman) but all in all the worst hotel in the country we stayed in.
Review 4：Bathrooms routinely flooded when showering. One of the bedroom windows did not shut properly resulting in a lizard entering the room one night and scaring the little kids. Eventually I was able to remove it back outside but had to seal the window gaps shut with the curtains to prevent lizard from returning. The fridge initially did not work but this was replaced. We stayed for four nights but there was no house-keeping, cleaning, or change of towels for the time we were there - maybe that was their policy for 2-bedroom flats but I'm not sure. Fact we had to always go downstairs to use wi-fi was a nuisance, but we got over it. One of the staff at reception was talking loudly and acting like an idiot on one occasion, but the manager on duty was able to handle him and bring things back under control. The hotel is far from Muscat itself and is in the West of the city so it is in the poorer side of the capital, so you really should have your own car to get around, especially to the Eastern end of Muscat. But after all is said and done....it is ok...!! Few other options if you looking for a 2 bedroom flat...!!! :-)
Review 5：There is a hypermarket conveniently located across the street and a few eateries as well which compensates for fact there is no restaurant or food services in the hotel. Free parking and the manager on duty is a friendly and helpful man who is always willing to do whatever he can within his power to make your stay pleasant. He allowed us to check out up to 2 hours later than the actual check-out time at no extra cost and was willing to let us pay our rent a day late since we had not yet exchanged our cash into the local currency. The rooms are acceptable bearing in mind this hotel is one of the few in the poorer, cheaper, Western end of Muscat that offers 2-bedroom flats.
Review 6：I cannot believe that a landlord would put such a non competent manager to run this business. An overweight guy (seems Indian) who knows nothing about hospitality is running the business. I stayed for three days and I asked the guy in my second day for room service to clean the room, but I left in the third day and they have not done it. Dead cockroaches on the floor and leaking water from the shower and the overweight guy at the reception is talking with very weird attitude! I really feel sorry for the property owner!
