Review 3：The cost was not worth it believe me! & anything you ordered at the resort was ridiculously expensive. It is not 5 STAR as it says on booking.com. The villa was warn out it needs a full make over, so does the whole resort. As it is built into a mountain all the villas face West so very,very hot. If you stayed in the villa for the day you had to keep all the curtains closed to stay cool. The private beach you can't swim in it has it is full of rocks. The pictures on the net look amazing but the resort is NOT. Go somewhere else , for the money you can get a lot better & it is too far from town , Patong. One way on tuk tuk $20 AUD TOOO MUCH. The Patong complimentary transport service is good but you feel like you are on a Cattle Truck !!!!

Review 4：The GOOD: lovely scenery, quiet, relaxing. Food was excellent & the staff were on the whole very good. As the resort is set into a hill the golf cart service around the resort is great & needed. The Villa private pool was the best!

Review 5：we had to return straight to HK and so checked in a day late. i spoke to the hotel, confirmed that we would be arriving the next day and arranged for airport transfer and ok'd that they should charge for that day and the existing airport transfer. Upon checkin we still had to wait as our room wasn't ready - but they'd already charged for the night , so where was my room? the room described as beach front villa is not by any chance beach front - it would be like saying chiang mai is a coastal resort, definite misrepresentation of the room. the room we moved to was a degrade and on the beach and this time we could see the sea the rooms whilst pretty are unfunctional - lighting is bad, ac unit directly overhead in living room very noisy, my carry on spent all the time on the couch as nowhere to place it, my wifes' carryon on the floor, beds are really short. there are no sunshades by the plunge pool , overall, like minotti furniture - looks great but uncomfortable - a great example of looks over functionality the restaurant menu was very limited, the room service menu even worse. the in villa BBQ, overrated. we also noticed discrepancies in the published prices and the bills - where we should have been charged BHT500 for room service breakfast the bill was BHT1500, similar thing happened with in-villa BBQ. The list of what is wrong with the service , amenities is quite long.

Review 8：We are a family with 4 adult and 1 child (5 year-old), we stayed in villa 326 for 4 nights, which is the biggest villa of the resort, the rooms are HUGE!! and even on website it says 3 rooms for stay of 6, but there is a 4th room which has no view of the ocean. Design of the whole resort is fantastic, private infinite swimming pool and private beach were perfect for a family with child. Breakfast was substantial and delicious, there were both traditional Thai food and western breakfast available. Overall the resort is great and we enjoyed our holiday there.

Review 18：Mosquitos inside our room! I spent 3 hours killing about 20 mosquitos in our villa. (No exaggeration). And when we were finally comfortable and no longer worried about getting attacked and bit.. The housekeeping staff opens our room door in the evening without our permission and allowed more mosquitos to come inside the room.. Oh Great .. We didn't sleep well in the night because we were paranoid about the mozzies and sprayed mosquito repellent all around our bed. By thankfully we didn't get bites. This hotel was almost perfect except bugs inside the room. I understand that Thailand has bugs everywhere but my other hotel/villa did not have any inside our rooms. Your room should be the most comfortable and safest places. Especially when you're paying over $300 USD a night.

Review 19：I liked how they were able to find us a different room when we didn't like the original room that they assigned us. It looked nothing like the pictures. Make sure you ask for something with a higher view. The staff was very nice and polite. Room service was delicious.

Review 25：It's costs 600 baht just to get off the mountain and go to nearby Patong Beach. You have to get a resort car because taxis are not waiting there. The resort is out of the way of other things in Phuket. It doesn't make sense to leave the resort to eat since it's so far away and the food in the restaurant is not very good.

Review 27：We did book a beach villa but on arrival I was a fair bit disappointed as there was no privacy at all so we got moved to a beautiful villa high on the hill .. But upppon check out we only recived 2000 baht per night discount and I know that this room was about $250 US a night less not very happy about that whole situation

Review 28：Front desk staffs are not up to a luxury resort standard compare to other resorts. Didn't serve anything upon arrival not even water, didn't farewell or say good bye when I left. Which I'm quite surprise and disappointed b'coz it label itself as a luxury resort. Taste of the food wasn't good, The scallop was raw and cold inside.

Review 29：The view of the villa is fantastic. The beach is nice, water is cristal clear. The housekeeping and pool side restaurant staffs are friendly and helpful.

Review 30：It is a little far from everything and walking out of the hotel is not an option. There are 3 free shuttles a day to Patong which is really good. The hotel has its own taxi service and are really expensive.

Review 39：Loved the hotel rooms, the friendly and helpful staff and the location of the hotel. The view was incredible and the hotel was so peaceful. Don't miss out on the seafood bbq at the restaurant, and the view from the skybar! The hotel even sent us a little cake since it was my husband's birthday during our trip :)

Review 44：The Private beach is clean and lovely. Clear water, great photo ops. The Olympic pool and its proximity to the sea really made it a memorable experience. The food was very good. Thai and continental food both were up to the mark. The breakfast buffet had good variety daily and was consistently good. The architecture of the resort and the villas are the standout features (literally) which is a sight in itself

Review 59：Lots of ants hanging out on the sink, but its common in Thailand anyway. You can only take the shuttle to go to town, as it is too far from the main road to hail a tuktuk. shuttles are only 3 times a day so its not very frequent.

Review 68：The food was so bad i had a room service with all plates mistaken every single of them even some plates has things tgat was not described in the menu like pork in salad which wasn't mentioned in the menu ..only 3 restaurants and 2 ofem are same food and menu .. 1 restaurant i went to sky bar the staff didn't welcom us instead they were trying there best to send us away due to rain expected while we really wanted to stay but the face then turned to upset faces even though we sat and ordered food which took so long time to come longer than expected

Review 72：- The decor could be much better such as the walls of the villa pools separating each villa were done in concrete no color very unfinished like which gives a non luxury feel - The buffet breakfast ....many times when certain foods were finished or nearing finished, they were not re filled unlike major hotels where this is a standard practice to re fill once almost emptied . Perhaps the very low occupancy (only about 16 villas were taken) during our stay had something to do with it but this shouldn't be at all !! - Make up of rooms were not very through and had to ask for fresh amenities .... - the back of the villa where the toilet me shower facilities were located were very dimly lit and bit scary all the time - there were a lot of steps to reach he villas so not convenient for people / guests who may have some walking problems - no free airport transfer though for such room pricing one would thought this should be included as many similar operations throughout Asian resorts have this ! - the pool in the villa were not cleaned well and the water was very dark compared to the communal pool in the resort . - though only officially opened in June of 2014 a lot of facilities already looked old and worn out. - Private beach cannot be enjoyed since it's very rocky and lots of dirt that were never bothered to clean . Pity as could be a nice facility for guests to enjoy. - nothing was done to stem the flow of flies all round the property especially in the food outlets which is pretty annoying having to compete with these insects for the food on the table

Review 79：Travelled with my 7 months old so needed a clean floor so he could crawl around... It was filthy enough when I first got there so informed the roomkeeping staff. They came promptly but with a filthy wet mob. Took them under 2 mins to wipe down the living room and bed room... I ended up cleaning the floor myself with wet bath towel...Time to shower up and enjoy the pool! When i entered the shower, it rigged... It smelled like rotten water from bad pluming work. Did not want to make a scene so held off on this "minor" issue.Pool was decent besides the fact that there were some ants crawling around but it somewhat felt that i was closer to nature so again, held off on this "minor" issue.After the pool, my hungry family decided to try out the only restaurant in this place. Have requested for a transport (15 mins walking distance and gradual escalated landscape) which arrived within 10 mins. They sent us a truck wagon (called tuc-tuc) where 8-10 people sit on the back. Had to carry my baby in one-hand and hold the bar on the other so that we both do not fall off the wagon...Restaurant... Had 3 meals here throughout my 3-days stay. Only because there is simply no other option within 15-mins driving range. Food is over-priced and all the thai foods that I had are medioacre at its best. Im not all that picky but i ended up complaining about how salty and overcooked my padthai was when the main chef was going around and asking customers.Private beach... Not maintained well and you will occsionally run into giant rocks / broken shells. Do not expect soft white sands where your baby can crawl around.Free shuttle to Patong Beach... We just could not stand its food so decided to take the shuttle. Again, truck wagon (or tuc-tuc). One lady almost fell off the wagon as she was not properly holding the metal post... When getting off, we were asked to be back at the same place by 7:30pm to return back.

Review 80：Fancy and ultra modern architect and spacious private pool. The ones that you can see from its advertisement. That's about all and the only things that you will like about this place.

Review 81：Friendly but un-professional (and in many cases incompetent) staff with a very lacking grasp of english, incredibly frustrating. The place could have been priceless due to the location and architecture but non-existent attention to detail, poor maintenance and cheap fixes really pulls the place down. Wine list was very lacking but food was not bad, in some cases quite good. To summarize; they run an overpriced mediocre hotel in what should have been an epic 1st class resort.
