Review 1：rooms could be updated, terrible smell of cleaning products

Review 2：barbecue on huge terrace with possibility to grill amazingly fresh fish! rooms are spacious and suitable for at least 4 people - there are two separate bedrooms.

Review 3：Only stayed one night but, booked the "largest available apartment" on offer, which was meant to sleep 5 - throwing a duvet over an unopened bed settee does not constitute a 5th bed in my book, especially when you have paid extra. The duvet also had blood stains on it! Not a good start. A friend who was staying locally was to have the 5th bed for the night - luckily we could cancel our guest staying over!! Rooms were dated, tired and dull and how can one shower serve a 5 person appartment!? When we turned up we noticed a 'Hummer' in the car park belonging to the place which made us think there's a bit of money there - guys ditch the Hummer and spend the money on some lighting, decor.... oh and some new duvet covers!!

Review 5：The only disadvantage to the location of the apartment was the distance from the town/beach, as my parents are 70+. It took about 20-25 minutes to walk. But that did not put a dampener on our holiday

Review 6：The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very well appointed. BBQ on balcony was terrific, the pool ideally situated. The place was quiet and peaceful at night. We had a lovely time and would gladly go back.

Review 8：Bar staff extremely poor. Got our orders wrong, drinks wrong, couldn't speak a word of English- which is fair until you point at a picture and get something completely different. Asked for a fruit salad and it came out of a tin. It's free on the trees for goodness sake it's not hard. Management were replacing bar staff and one new bar guy was fantastic. Luck of the draw.

Review 9：Cheap for a one night stay at €170 for 5 of us. Nice pool. Manager in reception is lovely.

Review 10：The property is about 20-30 mins walk to vilamoura/beach, we were a family of seven we had to get two taxis every time back and forth. Next time we would hire a car to get about.

Review 11：Apartment very spacious, private rooftop with barbeque area. Staff so nice and helpful, great pool area and food was amazing and not expensive.

Review 12：Our only downside was the air conditioning was on the blink, staff were back & for all week to try & solve the problem as were difficult to sleep in nights due to the heat, did eventually get this sorted though.

Review 13：Plenty of room in pool at all times & also the sunbeds, Ideal location quiet but within walking distance to shops, restaurants, & beach or taxi easily available, staff always happy to help, waterpark close by, & the Jeep Safari great experience up the Algarve mountains, dinner included & time in the hotel pool.

Review 14：The rooms had a funny smell. Like they cleaned it with vinegar. I suggest you change the detergent you use to a more pleasent one. No wi-fi in the rooms (which is unthinkable in the XXI century). Furniture is kind of old (desperate need of redecorating). They don't clean the room while you're staying, only when you check in and check out. So you'd expect they'd at least leave a sponge and a dish detergent, but none of that.

Review 15：The staff was really friendly and helped us with anything we needed. The rooms are complete which is good because you can take your own food and save money. The restaurant is ok, staff is really friendly too. The pool is very nice. The rooms have AC The bathrooms aren't old like other hotels.

Review 16：Only thing i didnt like was that there was no free wifi in the rooms yet. Though i was told that they were working on it and it ahould be sorted soon.

Review 17：Lovely charming complex with loads of chalets lines up around the pool. There is a nice bar/restaurant by the pool with free wifi and well kept lawn and plants etc. all of the chalets are well equiped with patios or terraces which have a brick bbq with tables and chairs allowing you to dine al fresco with a nice view of the pool and complex. The manager Luis also deserves a special mention. Top guy who goes pit of his way to pleas you and make you feel welome!

Review 18：The staff are nice and helpful apartment 117 has the cleaning cupboard outside front door so very noisy walls are paper thin a baby was crying all night

Review 19：This is a family run venue within a short distance of the marina & restaurants of Vilamoura, the atmosphere is relaxed and the apartments are comfortable with ample room for a young family. The pool & surroundings are ivery well looked after & the friendly batman ( Hugo ) will always serve you with a friendly smile & a nice cocktail. Would not hesitate in staying here again

Review 26：Air Conditioning was /is a problem - when we turned it on it blew the power - we got power back on ourselves - reported it next day - some part was missing for it had to come from Germany!!!! -Peter sorted us out with his Air Conditioning Unit from the Reception Area and all went well from there - you are advertising that there is Air Conditioning in the apartment fine but it needs to be working properly - Pool side Resturaunt - staff very slow possibly could do with more staff at peak times - lunch time - evening time - we waited on one of the days for an hour to pay for food, need staff that know what they are about and know what people want - apart from that all is good

Review 63：On the down side , we feel the apartments could have been a little cleaner for our arrival. We found one or two cockroaches on arrival one in the shower and the place felt a little dusty . We asked for a broom to sweep up and the owners did send a maid right away and then someone to clean the rooms. Although this should have probably been done prior to our arrival. It's clear that the new owners are however taking the time to improve the surroundings and a Gardner is seen daily tending to things around the place aswell as other things that are beng done to help improve the surroundings even more.

Review 64：The location was perfect for our needs and is a perfect base for visiting places with kids, Aquashow is a short drive away and Marina at Vilamoura . We have stayed here before and it also makes an excellent base for golfers as the beautiful courses of Vilamoura are all within reach. The price is very reasonable and the apartments and surroundings are very private. The food and drinks are cheap and we would definitely stay here again. If staying with a young family you definitely need to hire a car to get about . Arena and Vitor the bar staff are very helpful and polite and made our stay very pleasant . thank you

Accommodation was clean and functional with everything you needed for self catering, the patio and bar-b-cue area was the icing on the cake. Review 88：There were 28 sunbeds in the pool area, 18 were broken and there were only 2 parasols! A couple of times we could not get 4 working beds together so we went to the beach (20 mins walk). In a similar vein many of the lights in the apartment did not work and the aircon was broken. There was a musty smell which they tried to mask with air freshener which, to be fair had dissipated after the 2nd day. Our impression was of a beautiful place with good, hardworking staff but an incompetent or greedy management who were prepared to let the place run down rather than spend a few euros.

Review 89：There is a large pool surrounded by immaculate lawns and well kept gardens. The apartment was a good size and fairly comfortable with a large terrace with a built in barbeque. The bar and restaurant were excellent and the staff were extremely helpful and friendly - Bruno deserves a special mention for helping us out on a few occasions!
