Review 1：The room could do with a serious makeover ! Paint peeling on the ceilings and the bathroom is in need of TLC. The beds were awful and need new mattresses and pillows.
Review 2：For the cost it was fine. The size was very good and the amenities adequate.

Review 9：Im a wheel chair user getting around the complex was difficult.There are ramps next to the steps but whoever designed them never thought about health and safety of the user. ramp are to dangerous to use Luckerly I am able to get out of my chair and my husband help me up the steps and then went back for the chair.Which was difficult if we had shopping

Review 11：Full sea view. Direct access to beach just outside main door to apt block, which is centrally situated on a long, paved, palm-tree lined promenade with good seating and lighting. Spacious apartment, balcony and good sized separate kitchen. Two supermarkets within 5 mins walk, reasonable prices, well stocked.

Review 13：The furniture and apartment in general was dated. One example, my husband was sitting on a chair with my 5 month old baby and suddenly i saw the chair collapse on the ground, my husband fell on the ground also and the baby was very nearly hurt only for me catching him on time. Furniture could do with an update.
Review 14：we loved the location as you just walk out and your on the sea front! it suited us perfect as we were a couple with 2 small children, a 5 month old baby and a 2 year old so we loved it as there is a big promenade for walking with a double buggy! I would say the apartment was a bit dated for sure which were mentioned in previous reviews but it was ideal for us as you wouldnt want anything expensive with young kids. There was a fab restaurant downstairs Nathan is the man to give u advice on anything, we even got takeaways not a bother when the kids were sick was handy to take the food up to the apartment.

Review 37：TV had minimal channels and the remote didn't work. Not a show stopper, but a slight inconvenience.
Review 38：The staff were incredible! They met me after regular business hours and drove me to the apartment. The apartment was true to the description online and did not disappoint. I would definitely rent from them again. My flight was cancelled due to a French air traffic control strike. I went back to the rental office and they were able to accommodate me for the additional 4 days at a very fair rate. I felt very secure with the level of security, requiring a key for the entrance as well as the apartment.
Review 39：Beds were so hard one of us had to sleep on the couch ... First day we had warm water in the kitchen and cold water in the bathroom. It was resolved but should not have been an issue in the first place ...

Review 43：We had to pay an extra E20 for the taxi as our flight didn't land until 10pm. The taxi was to be E28 but ended up being E48. We booked our return taxi to the airport with the couple in the rent-a-bike shop for E25.
Review 44：The view from the balcony every morning - the beach is directly across the promenade. There is a rent-a-bike shop beside the apartments run by a very helpful English/Portugeuse family where we rented bikes on 2 occassions. The apartment was very spacious - twin beds in the bedroom and a double pull out sofa bed in the lounge. The kitchen was very well equipped. Facilities included an iron and ironing board and 2 sun parasols/umbrellas to take to the beach.

Review 46：The commom areas of the building were a bit rough. Fresh coat of paint needed on the walls and especially the handrails on the stairways which were quite rusty.

Loadsof room, very close to the beach and although very hot at night and noair conditioning, a fan is more than adequate in the bedrooms. Extremelyclean and having the bonus of having cleaners coming in twice a week isbrilliant. We would, and are going back there next year! Just perfectfor us with a seven and five year old!
