Review 1：No parking, beds were too hard, too far from down town, multiple businesses directly down stairs, to include two bars that played extremely loud music from 8 pm to 8 am. Would not recommend anyone to stay here!
Review 2：The bar downstairs is jarring and plays all night (owned by someone else). Our room was initially right over it. When we asked to be moved, they moved us a few rooms down, and we have not had any issues since. The beds were a little firm for my taste, but hubby thought they were comfy.
Review 3：The rooms were well-appointed and very clean. Staff was amazing, friendly, and very helpful and considerate of our needs, including our special needs since we were here primarily for medical tourism.
Review 4：You need to go down to pay for room service if you pay with a card . Because you have to sign . What's the point of oder in room service if you have to go down stairs to pay I suggest they get a portable card processor. We had to go down to get extra towels and toilet paper they would not send some one up to bring it to us

Review 9：when we arrived to get our room, the receptionist did know or have our reservation, I show it to her and she said that there were no rooms. Manager solve the problem, very quick.
Review 10：When I got there they couldn't find my reservation, and even I gave them my confirmation number, they didn't seem to care. They said they would make it up to me giving me a room, which was a smoking room, I don't smoke and don't like the smell, so I asked them to try and find a non smoking one, but the hotel was already full. So sad I had to go to another hotel

Review 13：Friendly staff, very very clean!!!! Close to all freeways and border, macro plaza with many stores 2 miles away, nearby food stores and oxxo, bus stop right in front, restaurant inside with room service. This hotel is way more worth than only 2 stars. Will definitely come back!!!!
Review 14：There wasn't a shuttle as indicated. I had requested to be picked up at the Airport upon arrival, there was no shuttle service. The cab was 250 Pesos, or $25.00 USD approx.

Review 16：The beds are very hard. They are very skimpy on the towels, only one per person and won't give extra if you ask. I bring extra because the bathroom floor gets wet when showering and no mats.

Review 18：They failed to mention that the wifi sucks, that they do karaoke until like two in the morning and the night club next door and my room was right above it. I had my six year old with me who also couldn't sleep because of the music. When I went down to reception to ask to be switched rooms the guys just told me oh eventually they will close. Hello it's past midnight and I can't sleep. It's like if I had these people in the room with me that's how clearly I could hear them.

Review 28：The location is pretty bad. It's located adjacent to two major traffic arteries and the road noise, including constant sirens really got to me in my 32 day stay. Diesel exhaust from large trucks and buses was sucked into the room due to poor filtering of AC large bore filters. The housekeeping fought a losing battle with black particles from the diesel exhaust.

After anextremely late night of partying during which I lost my phone and roomkey, the front desk let us into our room and allowed us to sleep inuntil 2:30, 2.5 hours after check out was supposed to be. Theydidn't charge us anything for this or the room key!! They went outof their way to help my friend and I and we are very grateful. Stayhere, it's the best value in Tijuana ( for hotels :)

Review 74：Most of the staff only spoke Spanish and that was a bit of a struggle for a Spanglish speaker like myself. I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks and after a week or so I began to see a few roaches. I told the manager and they switched my room promptly and I didn't see any bugs from then on. The hotel is otherwise clean, beds were hard, but for $27 a night it was well worth it!!!
Review 75：The hotel was in walking distance of restaurants a 7 eleven, and 2 gas stations. There is also 2 museums and a walmart within minutes of the hotel. The staff was friendly and nice, there is a restaurant inside the hotel and a taco stand right outside.
