Review 1：Slow WIFI Only 1 aircon for the entire apartment with 2 separate bedrooms but the windows cannot be open

Review 2：Big spacious rooms Fully equipped kitchen and laundry with dryer Carpark lot right outside the self-contained apartment

Review 3：No hot water on my last night or morning of departure. My air-con was not keeping up on my first night there. Second night it rained so was cooler and didnt matter.

Review 4：I loved how my room still retained olde style but fresh too. I had fresh milk. Free wifi that worked! Even breakfast on xmas morning. Bed was lovely. I loved the bay window with comfy seats and table to sit at with a cup of tea. It had a bath which I indulged in!

Review 5：Need to check if you are placed on a high floor if you have much luggage. Stairs are narrow and steep.

Review 8：As a group we were placed in 4, 2 x Bedroom apartments away from the main hotel with its own car parking and lawn area to meet. Suited us well and the breakfast was also very good

Review 9：The single beds in our 2 bedroom unit were do hard and uncomfortable that we could not sleep in them. One of us slept on the couch and the other 2 buddies up on the other bed, Instead of having our own beds as was originally ally intended.

Review 10：wonderful motel. walk distance to beach and a good playground nearby. the room is good as well, big enough for family, comfortable. staff is helpful for tour planning and helped us to find out lost property inshort time.

Review 11：Took four attempts and a master key before staff convinced we could not get the door open on arrival. After a four hour drive this was annoying. Given another room of same appointment. Very noisy wedding guests from others who woke us up overnight. And just a minor point, found a dirty used cotton bud underneath the rolled face washers and it wasn't ours!

The convenience of a restaurant and bar on site was wonderful. The Clovelly restaurant had a good, varied menu and, once again, the staff were friendly and professional. The food was wonderful. I would definitely stay here again - and recommend it to others.

Review 23：A minor point; We stayed in the old part of the building and with the wind blowing outside it was very drafty through the windows, especially in the bathroom where it was also rather cold in the morning (it was winter). Draft excluders around doors and windows I'm sure would resolve the problem. For me this added to the quirky character of this 19th century hotel

We went to the cloverly restaurant and the food was amazing and the ladies (Courtney and emma) are very hospitable. We left our stay with a 5 star breakfast. Best stay we've had in warrnambool

Review 32：Self-contained and cosy family room at a convenient location. Owner met us at the train station and got us to the accommodation which was a very nice gesture. Food at the restaurant in the Inn was very nice and affordable, kids requested to have dinner there for 2 consecutive nights.

Review 48：The hotel itself was very easy to find with free parking on side being a plus. It is also a close walk to a shopping strip with plenty of restaurants if you don't choose to eat from the hotel's one, whilst also being a quick drive to plenty of other shops & the beach. Any interactions we had with staff were very positive, all very cheerful and happy to help. The room was presented nicely, had an incredibly comfy bed, clean bathroom, and a/c that was super quiet was a bonus.

Review 71：Majority of rooms are facing two main roads leading to town beaches, recreation areas. As a consequence there is an extreme noise in the rooms from early morning until very late at night.

Review 73：The rooms are not well laid out as the TV is about 3metres from the bed and rooms size to layout does not support more than 2 people. There maybe larger rooms available?

Review 74：Its location to the beach and to the city centre is about 500m most other motels are further out. Its located high on the inland dunes on the beach road away from the heavy highway traffic. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Restaurant on site at a reasonable price.

Review 75：- I thought the mezzanine was a nice idea but came night time and my kids (8 and 6 yrs old) got spooked to sleep downstairs. It was very windy that day and the building was making a few cracking sounds. In the end, one kid went up with one parent and one parent went to sleep downstairs. - Stairs to the room. No lift. Not a problem for us but might be for others...

Review 117：It is 30 to 40 years that I have dined at the hotel or motel I stayed at. My wife and I had a 5 and a half hour journey to get to Warnambool and we didn't feel like looking for a restaurant even though we knew there were plenty of excellent facilities here. We came into the restaurant and were immediately drawn in by the friendly staff and the relaxed nature of all the people. The meal was excellent and we decided the have all of our meals in the restaurant.
