Review 1：Reserved a room with 2 queen bed, they gave me a room with 3 kids size beds!!! If you come here prepare to give your money away on more taxes fee lie than what you already agreed on paying through booking.com

Review 27：They didn't have a single staff member who could speak English at an even decent level. When I called to request the airport shuttle towards my arrival, no one could understand me and so I ended up having to take a taxi from the airport and I wasn't pleased. When I went to request the same shuttle to take me to the airport when I would leave, it was unavailable yet again because it doesn't start running till 8:30am. One of the reasons I chose this place was to avoid the airport taxi fairs but I didn't succeed at all. During my stay, I resorted to using google translate to communicate with the staff and couldn't even complain about the things I didn't like because they wouldn't understand. The place is also built like a motel and the cable service they boast of is in Spanish with no subtitles. I struggled to find only one show in English throughout my 2 day stay. Bottom line, if you're not a local or don't speak Spanish and don't mind that the place isn't half as fancy as it looks in their post then don't bother.

Review 28：The staff was really nice and the food in the restaurant/ kitchen was really good. The room was pretty decent and had air conditioning which came in very handy with the weather above 90 degrees.

Review 30：The front desk clerk did not had my reservation on hand nor in acomputer, still behind the times technologically speaking. The ac unitin the room needed to be replaced. The toilet seat was loose and thereservoir did not fill up.

The room is very dark, there is not a night table light; imposible to read lying on bed you have to do it in the bathroom. Ofrecen viaje gratis al aeropuerto pero en realidad no lo dan.
