Review 1：They do not have smoke free rooms my stunk so bad that we woke up with bad headaches from nicotine not to mention the pillows were hard like a break

Review 3：The warm water on the foucet did not work. The Wifi did not work at all Room smells like was fumigated Customer service was very poor. Visa cards were not accepted only cash
Review 4：If you want to park, you have to wait for them to open the garage door for you and check in first so they can give you a parking pass. The rooms, furniture, and tv are by far old. Six dead roaches were found in the room along with a spider crawling in the bed. The room smelled like Raid had just been sprayed and no towels were found at the beginning. Towels were placed in the room afterwards. There were holes in the ceiling of the bathroom. The mattresses had yellow spots and when taking a shower the water flooded the bathroom which almost made a family member fall. Basically you get for what you pay , this is a really cheap hotel overall but I will not stay here again.

Review 6：You MUST check in by 4pm or they give away your room. Either pay in advance or call to let them know you may arrive after 4pm. Our room ended up being a smoking room - not good for a family of non-smokers with kids.There was no breakfast provided.

Review 13：On the street the Hotel advertises the cost for the night at half the price you book. They charge me the booking price even though it is cheaper if you just walk in. They ignored the logic. I should had said I had no booking. Try Aqua Rio Hotel, it is cheaper and better location. Yes I moved, I could not stand the smell of wet/rotten carpets.

Review 21：The receptionist did not told me we had to pay each day of my stay. I stayed 4 nights and it was annoying to go all the way to front desk to pay. Wished they charged all in one bill.

Review 23：No bottle water in room, no AC, the whirlpool was not even warm, just plain cold. On Sunday they lowered the rate to 300 pesos and still charge me 580. I said something about the rate and the girl said the owner lowered it and could do nothing.

No towels after they made me rent a room with double beds when they did have single beds. The room smelled awful, overall the room was disgusting! I paid two nights in advance and they did not let me cancel the second night i had already paid. Customer service was not very nice and did not care if the room was disgusting. they should have at least exchange my room.

It would have been nicer had they been able to communicate with me better, but they tried. Again, this is not a complaint! I should speak THEIR language but it still would have been nice if they had spoken some of mine.

Review 88：The lobby was fine and around the common areas it looked clean but the room itself was very dirty, the carpets where so dirty that it made me feel uncomfortable to remove my shoes. the bed sheet and towels were old and ripped, and the bathroom and shower were very, very bad, I felt that it was not worth the money. I was expecting a nice hotel not a Dirty Motel Room. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a decent place to sleep. I had to use my own towels to put as sheet beds so I was able to lay down for 6 hrs. I left the place at 7 am the next morning.
Review 89：The plumbing was bad. In shower & toilet. Shower would get flooded when showering & I had to flush toilet about 4x to flush paper. No food services on premises. At least not when I arrived after midnight.

It's not for pleasure. It's acheap bed. Not sure I would stay if I had friend with me? They dont seemto be making much progress in their renovations to the rooms. Same asbefore in the three times I stayed. Wifi, but no table to plug inelectric. Had to sit on the bed.

Review 100：The toilet smelled a little bit like urine on the first night. The roomwas cleaned and the toilet was sprayed. Took away the urine smell.No restaurant in hotel. However there is a decent restaurant half a block up the street. I didn't go there but looked very modern from the exterior. Looked like a good place to eat. Water is not o.k. to drink. Didn't take a shower for that reason. My trip was so short anyways I didn't really need to. No electrical outlet near bed but a minor thing. Didn't ask for a wake up call but I think I could have gotten one if I needed. Didn't speak English too well at the reception. I spoke broken Spanish and they spoke broken English.
Review 101：The room was decent for the price. I paid 28 dollars per night in adeluxe suite. No allergy problems. Was a non smoking room. Was clean,didn't necessarily have a sparkling clean room smell but itdidn't stink either. This was the first room that I had stayed inTijuana so I was very apprehensive about the condition of the bed. Islept with a t-shirt and shorts on. Didn't get into the bed justlied on top of the bed. No bites whatsoever of any kind. I would thinkif there were bed bugs I would have gotten atleast one bite just fromsleeping on the bed or having the pillows rest on the bed. So, no bedbugs in my opinion. Hot and cold water. I didn't shower though. Airconditioner worked great. No problems, room nice and cool. No electricalsockets near the bed. The only "one" I could find in the roomwas on the opposing wall. I brought a surge protector for my comp andstuff but it had a short cord, but everything worked out. Stayed there asecond night. All electrical sockets worked, additional socket inbathroom. Wifi worked well, free internet with room. A big plus!! Thedecore of the room was pretty nice. Wasn't disappointed whatsoever.No paint patches or anything. Didn't have an unpleasant feel oranything. Definitely decent. The room I got was pretty good. Enclosedand guarded parking is another bonus!! Felt safe. Also, having theoption to check out at 1 was nice.One option I didn't use was the event desk in the lobby. I was on an agenda to get medical services and knew where I wanted to go. But, it wouldn't have hurt to ask. The pool looked relatively nice. There was a little bar by the pool that was nice. All in all it was a decent room for the price.

Review 109：The airport had their own federal taxi's waiting outside of theairport to pick people up.They drove me to the wrong hotel. The taxicharged me $18 and they dispatcher refused to give me my money back.They ripped me off and sent me to the Tijuana Fiesta Inn. This place wasway out of the area of the Fiesta Tijuana Hotel and they neglected toread my itinarary which stated the name of the hotel on the print outthat you told me to make a copy of. They did this to me so that theycould support their own hotels, and their own agenda. I still want mymoney back. I still have the receipt.
Review 110：When they saw my need for their help, they went out of there way to helpme. The staff was very nice. I liked the fact that they had telephonesthat accepted incoming calls directly to my room. This helped mybusiness out alot.

I had a reservation and I took the room before noon time but shegave me the worst room in the hotel even thogh I changed it once , Shenever offer me a room with the heater . the shower was not workingproperly . overall it was not a good experience and that's why Ileft the next day .
Review 112：I asked to move from my original room because the tv and lighting in thebathroom were shot, no closet, and the phone did not work. Afterreviewing three more rooms I settled for one with a less than stellarbathroom and even scarier toilet seat. I was surprised there were nofood services or restaurant in such a massive hotel and the roof wasleaking terribly from the rain. The location was too far away fromdowntown. This is a hotel I cannot recommend.
