Review 1：Every online bookers' nightmare! Stunning pictures on the web, but the worst place I have ever stayed at! Room was not serviced in 3 days (because we had to leave our keys at reception which we didn't). The 2 men who were supposed to service the room was in anyway so dirty, I preferred them not to enter our room. They have charged all sorts of things to our account which we had a huge fight over. For example, coffee/tea with breakfast is not for free! The owner is totally absent and the establishment was left to 2 guys and a chef to run. I really really do not recommend this establishment at all! Please take this advice!
Review 2：Nothing! Maybe Akaylar's quietness!
Review 3：Had a Sea view deluxe room reserved. The one we got had two windows. On facing the "mountain", and from the other window one could get a glimpse of the sea from between two buildings. Not a real sea view (room #19).. There were no vacancies in the real sea view ones, until the third day. We changed room on the third day.
Review 4：The location. The hotel is practically located on a sand beach.!
Review 5：Staff were annoying. They were trying to hide menu, restricting food ridiculously, misinforming guests, overcharging for ordered/unordered items to help management to make more profit. Their food service was incredibly slow. Wi-Fi did not work at all, not only at the hotel, but also at Akyarlar in general. The so-announced "private beach" of them were full of people who were renting tanning beds from the hotel. Do not go there. Terrible management!
