Reviews for Hotell Fisketången

Review 1:very good custumer service, excellent, friendly and very welcoming, good room, clean and comfortable, tea making facilities and good bathroom with nice hot shower

Review 2:I had my parents (77 and 80) with me and there are some tough stairs, no elevator. Had to park the car a few blocks away.

Review 3:The hotel is clean and nice, very close to the sea. Good breakfast.

Review 4:There are only 2 dedicated hotel parking spots. We parked in public parking areas a short distance away. We were there during a slow time so it was not a problem, but it has the potential to be during the heavy season.

Review 5:Great location right on the water! This is an older hotel which is reflected in the room's furnishings. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Review 6:Limited choice of places to eat in the off season.

Review 7:Fabulous location on the edge of the sea. Lovely views from the bedroom. Good breakfast. Pleasant staff.

Review 8:As everything in Sweden, expensive for what you get versus other countries... room and furniture felt a bit dated for the price...

Review 9:Staff were good and helpful... breakfast plentiful and tasty. Good views from my ground floor room, and the walking around the coast or to the port was lovely.

Review 10:Very little opportunity in late August to get a meal after 6pm! No food at hotel.

Review 11:Fabulous view of boats, sea, birds etc from spacious bedroom. Lovely area to walk around.

Review 12:Parking is a bit of a challenge, but there were a number of free parking lots within a quick 5-minute or less walk.

Review 13:Staff was welcoming and helpful. Our corner room on the second floor had beautiful views and the sound of wind and waves lulled us to sleep each night. Clean and comfortable hotel with a delicious breakfast to start the day. A great find on the Swedish coast!

Review 14:A little bit small. But you do not want to stay in your hotel room since it is so beautiful outside.

Review 15:The location is very good, almost every room has a sea view.

Review 16:On both mornings the bread at breakfast was not just dry but stale and the was no fruit on offer. There's no bar and, generally, no dinner available. On paying the bill, I was not asked if all had been ok, so I did not volunteer my opinion.

Review 17:This hotel has a fantastic location, especially we you get, as we did, a corner room with 2 sea views. The room was excellent, well kept and clean.

Review 18:Great views, perfect location.

Review 19:Rooms dated and not worth the money

Review 20:View from window

Review 21:Very few parking sites. Also no restaurant.

Review 22:Beautiful site and views.

Review 23:at dockside, perfect location, lovely spot...happy I stayed here.

Review 24:No parking on site; closest lot always full. Not really a problem but I believe on site parking was advertised.

Review 25:Nice view: walk to swimming

Review 26:Most wonderful location, comfortable room with a view to die for!

Review 27:The hotel rooms are small and fairly basic but clean and comfortable.

Review 28:Beautiful location right on the waters' edge in a quiet part of Kungshamn.

Review 29:too far from town, noisy

Review 30:sea view

Review 31:Rather small rooms. Parking can be an issue in Summer time.

Review 32:Nice location at the water. Clean and refurbished rooms.

Review 33:Though it was less expensive than other hotels in the area, it was a very nice place we would not hesitate to return to in the future. The room was comfortable with a view of the water and boats passing by. The breakfast was far above what we had aniticipated. For those who don't need Grand Hotel, Ritz Carlton, etc., Fisketången is just great. cg

Review 34:Small room. The wifi did not work in the room. The house is a bit worn.

Review 35:Great location, directly on the water. Very quiet. Breakfast room with a view over the islands.

Review 36:The bathroom/shower were a bit small, but this is a minor point.

Review 37:Our room (24) was bright and comfortable, with everything we needed, and a wonderful view of the sea and coastline from the windows on 2 sides of the room.

Review 38:-In need of desperate upgrade -Extremely expensive for what you get - Breakfast was nothing special at all - I suppose with it only having 3 months to make its money, it is probably not economical to reinvest into the property, and with very little competition around.

Review 39:Not very much unfortunately. -Location is quite charming -Staff seemed friendly enough

Review 40:Very helpull staff! You can trust them, they will do everything to makeyour stay in hotel comfortable! I arrived very late at night, receptionwas closed, but I had no problem with that, because they asked me aboutarrival time in advance and managed to give me the key! Then I left mestaff inside the room leaving the hotel, so, they managed to send me thepackage back to Russia! =)Free parking is close to hotel. View from window is amazing! Sea starts just in few metres! Big thanks for time I spent in Hotell Fisketången!

Review 42:Great location, loved the view, excellent breakfast.

Review 43:The staff and the hospitality was unbelievable! Staying at the Hotell Fisketången was like a little piece of heaven from the views of the sea from the room to the fantastic breakfast. Thank you!

Review 44:Hotel is a little farther from the main part of town than expected but it is walking distance and the area around the hotel is beautiful anyway.

Review 46:Location and views from the room.

Review 47:room rather simple

Review 48:location directly at the seaside very interesting landscape good breakfast

Review 49:Seaside and the Virum.

Review 50:The house really needs some renovation. The floor gives lot of noise while walker on it.

Review 51:It's a quiet village by the sea.

Review 52:Nothing

Review 53:Its location on the water's edge.
