Review 1：very good custumer service, excellent, friendly and very welcoming, good room, clean and comfortable, tea making facilities and good bathroom with nice hot shower
Review 2：I had my parents (77 and 80) with me and there are some tough stairs, no elevator. Had to park the car a few blocks away.
Review 3：The hotel is clean and nice, very close to the sea. Good breakfast.
Review 4：There are only 2 dedicated hotel parking spots. We parked in public parking areas a short distance away. We were there during a slow time so it was not a problem, but it has the potential to be during the heavy season.

Review 16：On both mornings the bread at breakfast was not just dry but stale and the was no fruit on offer. There's no bar and, generally, no dinner available. On paying the bill, I was not asked if all had been ok, so I did not volunteer my opinion.
