Review 1：The hotel doesn't have its own parking place, so you can use the garage, but its 14 EUR/day!? For two glasses of vine (1dcl) at dinner we paid almost 6 EUR?!? The play room for children is not open, unless there is a planned programe. Rudness of the life guard at the pool. It is unacceptable, in this age with all modern technology, that the TV reception in the hotel room is so bad (snowing screen). At breakfast,dinner and bar I only saw Croatian food and drink brands (although the hotel is in Slovenia, some local, Slovenian brands would be nice).

Review 2：Location, cleanliness of the room, nice pool area, good breakfast.

Review 3：Air condition was very weak in the room. The room was too warm and air was stuffy. Adjusting the air blow or thermostat didn't help. The beds were too soft.

Review 4：Room was suitable for four persons. Bathroom was clean and lately refurbished. It was possible to separate two beds from the sofa, and the kids didn't have to sleep too close each other. Very friendly reception staff.

Review 11：The quality and variety of food in the restaurant was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Kids Club and staff were really great and very entertaining. Easy location and access of pools.

Review 12：The breakfast is below average and looks like Hunger Games. Given the size of the hotel, the buffet area is too small and narrow, with long waiting lines, adults pushing you and kids wildly running around. The quality of food was average at best. I would recommend eating at the nearby bakeries or numerous beach cafes. The housekeeping needs improvement. In our wing they started around 8 a.m. The time alone would not bother me (even though it is a bit early for a vacation hotel). The problem was that the cleaning ladies repeatedly did not respect the do-not-disturb sign (imagine surprise encounters in the bathroom). On the third day, the sign was taken away from our room...

Review 13：Overall an average stay in accordance with the 3* status of the hotel. The rooms were relatively newly refurbished, which was a pleasant surprise. Excellent Wi-Fi connection without the need to constantly log in. Bonus points to the breakfast cleaning staff who kept the terrace area spotless and quickly cleared the tables for the next guests. Plenty of free parking is available at a nearby Marina. The bus to Piran stops directly in front of the hotel and runs frequently in the summer months.

Review 16：Was almost unable to rent a bike as most of the bikes were broken. I was lucky enough but heard a lot of other guests getting turned down when asking for a rental.

Review 26：Parking was a little confusing as it is not operated by the hotel. I parked in the adjacent (recommended) parking which has the option of multi-access through a card offered by the hotel, or a standard timed ticked. I opted for the timed ticket. When it came time to leave, the parking machine only accepted cash (not credit cards). I put 10EUR in to the pay machine before realising that I didn't have enough cash for the full amount. Instead of returning my cash, the machine gave me a "credit" slip. I then had to call the car park operator to assist with payment using the credit slip after I went to an ATM to retrieve cash to complete the payment.

Review 28：Hotel outdoor pool is across the street and not free (umbrella and one sunbed were 9 eur)!? Parking in hotel garage is 14 eur per day! Breakfast is unvaried, coffee is very bad. Gym is in another hotel, wifi not available on balcon! We wanted to extend our stay for the day, but the staff did not bother to enable us that. Altogether, not worth the money.

Review 44：Food could be the only issue. Breakfast is very simple, we stayed there for 2 nights and it was the same every time. We also had dinner included, but went there only once, as it left a lot to be desired. If you have an option, especially travelling with children, I'd recommend to include only breakfast and have the rest of meals at the nearby restaurants which offer a variety of local and sea-food dishes!

Location is great, beach, shops and restaurants are very close, but at the same time it's a bit aside from all the events happening in Portoroz. If you are travelling with children, you will not be disturbed by music and noise at night.

No balcony. Free entry to the inside and outside pool (2 minutes walk), but the unconfortable sunbed is 7€/day/person, and sun umbrella 7€/day. The rattan sunbed with mattress is 12€/day/person. The water was very colt and salt.
